This is the absolute dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in in 60 years. If it weren’t for my autistic son who has meltdowns, I would’ve high-tailed it out of here. It needs a power washer taken to the inside and out. Wait for food was extremely long. “We have 4 Quarter pounders with cheese ahead of you.” We were the only ones in the dining room. There’s a phone number to submit problems to at their drive thru window and I will be calling it as well.

I live in the neighborhood...went there for lunch .outside drive thru..no one came in to take my order .at least 5 minutes. Unacceptable...went to Chick-fil-A..they value you.Doesn't end there...went back again that evening..9:15..same thing happened..my husband witnessed it this time..so, we went to Five Guys .great service and very friendly. Makes me VERY sad as I love McDonald's...think I am done!!!

The staff is really hit or miss, either exclaiming "that's what you gonna get" when getting the order wrong, or making it right immediately when giving you the wrong food. It's a crapshoot, but you can't really blame the overworked and underappreciated (by customers and corporate alike) staff.Don't expect much, but you may be surprised depending on who is working that day.
