The order was incorrect and the food was cold.
Ordered a large fries for curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes but no one ever came out. When I went to the drive thru I said I explained my situation but when I got the window the girl gave me attitude saying she thought i was making a new order and seemed bothered by having cancel the new fries order. I explained the situation AGAIN and was told to pull to the next window. I didn’t get an apology or anything. I hadn’t planned on complaining but the customer service is terrible.

She locked me and my daughter in the store I asked several times to let me leave and she said I had to wait for the cops. This lady is terrible and aggressive. She doesn’t need to be in customer service. I’m calling my attorney on this one. Smh
Called the cops on me and wouldn't take my order because I wouldn't use the kiosk I have it all on film also your now on YouTube haha

Mcdonald's has the best rewards but you have to use the app.
The bathrooms (men's) were stinky but otherwise clean.

Literally go every day for my frap ,told the lady at the drive thru i had 2 mobile orders ,i gave 1 and she said go ahead ,at the 1st window i asked again if she needed the 2nd code(said no) so i go to the last window and they say i have to pull around and wait another 10min to get my second frap. I work at Mcdonalds to but the treatment is awfull at this location

I waited in line, anticipation grows and grows, is today different than all the rest? It's my turn to receive my hot, fresh McDonald's lunch. What did I receive? I received McDonald's finest crap, old, cold, and served with a McDonald's frown ! Wow, I feel complete, so

orders wrong every time

I am willing to forgive food being missing from my order a few times because I can sympathize with their struggle to keep up with orders, but at some point it's hard to really move on from paying for food that I am not getting. I then have to take time out of my day to go back to the restaurant to try and request a refund for food I didn't get, but then I get redirected to customer support because it was a mobile order, but then after they take their sweet time to respond to me they redirect me back to the restaurant. This is so ridiculous.

It’s like if they give me sauce it comes out of their paycheck or something. Idk why they just REFUSE. Dry nugs are gross, it’s so irritating.
I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed dismissive and unfriendly. It felt like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority. I hope management can address these issues, as it impacts the overall experience. I would love to see improvements in speed and service quality moving forward.

I ordered a frappe I can usually get a shot of espresso they told they didn't have it I said well I usually get a shot or two in them when I want to when I usually come through and the frappe was also very watery and also I asked for a Dr Pepper or a Mr crib which Mr Pibb is the Coke product and they said they didn't even have that and that's what I usually get and Order when I go through McDonald's so that was very strange for them not to have none of these things that I usually get and it's very costly.
