Waited 20 minutess in drive thru to pick up a mobile order st 8pm. This staff is hella slow. 1 order at a time type kitchen.

Had the worst experience with the manager and cashier at this location,. Not only is the customer servicing suffering,. The food temp was the same as outside and this is WINTER!! A lot of eye rolling and back talk,. So I demanded a refund and I won’t be coming again

Unless you enjoy checking every item in your order as if you were the expeditor on the payroll I do NOT recommend this location. The only good thing I can say is that the individual who took the order and payment at the drive thru window was polite and on point. However the staff at the pick up window can't seem to read nor care what they put out and will not say a word to you as they do so. A simple order of 1 Large Big Mac Meal with Coke for the drink, 2 McChickens and 1 Large Fry was handed to me as a large DIET COKE and 0 fries in the bag. Even after they looked at the order screen and looked into the bag they STILL missed that there were no fries to be seen in the bag.

In part I blame myself, I should have held up the line even after queuing for over 15 minutes and disregarded those behind me to confirm the accuracy of the order before driving off towards home. It was incredibly foolish of me as the consumer to trust the staff to be competent enough in their jobs as to fulfill an order so simple as mine. But I have learned my lesson well: never trust others to do their job.

So if you like giving your money away to a business that will not give you what you paid for in full without having to check behind them and call them out on it then this is the right place to do so. But if you value your hard earned money that you earned by doing your job correctly then avoid at all costs.

This was the smallest McDonald's I have ever been to and I was a little bit taller back by the entire setup. There were only a few tables and no drink machines. It is very evident that it is geared towards serving the drive-thru. It was not a bad experience. It was just different.

Came through the drive-thru to get food and tell me why my fries were unseasoned, gave me the wrong drink, and my burger looked like they just slapped whatever and called it a day. This is unacceptable and the fact that this has been happening to many people is beyond disappointing and trashy. Customer service was like talking to a brick wall without manners and acknowledgement at all.

My sausage egg McMuffin was average, service was non-existent (my app pickup your order at the counter was skipped or lost), and the restaurant was filthy with sticky tables, seats, and the floor. Any other questions?

We were the only people here and they forgot half of our order. 20 minutes to our airbnb and we find out - call - and they say we have to drive back for a refund (we paid on a card) so we said might as well get what we didn’t receive. We get there , the manager rolls her eyes multiple times when we order and ask for fresh fries because again our Airbnb is 20 minutes away so that’s an hour of our fries sitting - and re rings it in. I asked for extra pickles , so of course I received none. When I checked my sandwich inside and called after her I was ignored. On top of it when we came in the first time , our Big Mac sauce side was sideways and in a nugget container. Spilled all over our food. And when we asked for the second one we ordered , the guy asked for a dollar and pocketed it after we already paid for two sides and we were trying to get the one we were missing.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Came through for a $5 meal deal while on lunch break, sat in the line for about 10 mins waiting on old greasy food. The fries were so old and had the worst taste. The McDouble I asked for with just cheese onions and ketchup only came with cheese and it looked like they wiped the rest of the toppings off. As stated I was on lunch break so I didn’t have time to go back but it is completely unacceptable to get served trash especially when I asked for MADE TO ORDER FOOD! People need to just quit if they’re not capable of giving people what they paid for.
