I stopped by to grab some kids meals before taking the kids to the park. I ordered a Quarter Pounder for myself and it was made right and tasted good. The kids all got chicken nugget Happy Meals with apple juice.
Everything looked fine when I picked it up, but when we got to the park and sat down to eat, I realized they forgot all the apple juices. I should’ve double checked the bag, but still it was disappointing, especially with thirsty kids. The food was good, but missing items is always a little frustrating.

Ordered a large fries for curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes but no one ever came out. When I went to the drive thru I said I explained my situation but when I got the window the girl gave me attitude saying she thought i was making a new order and seemed bothered by having cancel the new fries order. I explained the situation AGAIN and was told to pull to the next window. I didn’t get an apology or anything. I hadn’t planned on complaining but the customer service is terrible.
6 minutes before close, grill already closed. Zero excuse. Do your job until closed!!!!
