Customer service was terrible. We went through the drive thru and heard the employees cussing every other word to other co workers loudly. They also were not paying attention or were no coherent because we had to repeat our order to them two different times once we got to the window. Overall, very unprofessional but food was good.
Kid-friendliness: I would not want my kid to hear anything they were discussing. The language was bad⌠dropping f bombs left and right.

Not a McD fan but was with a friend who loves it. Here's what I can say when you go inside: The staff is really fantastic and very responsive. There food is boring that's that's fast food!
NEXT VISIT: Ordered nuggets to feed dog. They gave spicy instead. Too far away to return.

The only reason they got 2 stars was due to the very friendly employee at the drive thru, other than her, the entire experience SUCKED from the moment we pulled in. We ordered pick up inside due to theyre supposed to be open until 11pm and it was only 10:20, but of course, lobby closed . So, we proceeded to drive thru- had to choose another drink cuz they're out of sweet tea???!! I was told they broke it down for the night..which wouldn't be too bad if they didn't have an entire 1 1/2 hours left???!!!. Then I get my food and ticket was right but order wrong. I went back to drive thru and she spoke to cook what to correct after he mumbled something sarcastic...and he STILL messed it up! So, at that point I just gave up! FYI..it was just NO CHEESE, NO KETCHUP!!
So, yeah, I mostly blame mnmgt for this ...obviously mngr has to approve closing times and cleaning duties...the employees simply did what they were allowed to get away with!! Customer service has REALLY suffered since Covid, not sute why.

Below average. Burger was dry like it was sitting for awhile. When I asked for a fresh one, the cashier seemed reluctant. Fries were fresh and hot. Soda wasn't mixed right.

My entire order was incorrect, terrible service, I ordered a frappe and only the straw arrived. I hope they change all the staff and hire good people who even want to earn their money honestly.

Came here with my family and proceeded with Drive Thru. The lady was very rude, we left due to her attitude and way of speaking when she was taking our order.
Called to let them know I was missing a item on my uber eats order. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager, so I started telling her what the problem was. She was very rude. She told me they were busy and hung up on me. I wont deal with that McDonald's again. Not the way a manager should act!

We ordered the new qpc & was given a deluxe double cheeseburger- it wasn't the big patties. My fish filet had no cheese. The staff refused to give us the right food because they were busy.

I never leave one star reviews, but I have to with this one. I waited 45 minutes for my food after paying. I was told to pull over to a parking spot after ordering through the drive thru, along with 3 other cars. After waiting 30 minutes, all the customers in the pulled cars started to go inside and see what was going on. We all waited another 15 minutes after asking for our food to please be made. The employees werenât friendly at all and were in no hurry. I paid extra for my meals to get the âcollectors cupsâ and the employee had no idea what they were. It all would be okay if they were slightly polite or apologetic, but that was not the case at all. I would recommend going to the other McDonaldâs that is down the street.

Horribly run establishment a lot of attitude vulgar language and unprofessionalism. Fries had to be pre cooked about 4 or 5 hours but should have known this experience was to come when I saw the cooks with Jordanâs on in the back.
