Rude mean and over staffed but still remains slow
This McDonald's never has anyone at the register and the person on register is also expediting food which is ridiculous because a person ordering on kiosk has to wait to pay for the food because kiosk isn't accepting payments. No greeter and workers look like robots. May as well be a vending machine. Fish sandwich had so much Tartar sauce it ruined bread and made a sloppy sandwich. Wasted money on that. I usually visit McDonald's often but this one smh no.

Absolutely disgusting! Sticky floors, flies everywhere, employees cursing out loud while children are present, employees eating fries out of the bag, every table dirty. No service, employees just walking around while we wait. Asked for a sweet tea since they only had unsweet on the counter and was dirty looked and ignored. Please DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Things have gone from bad to worse at this location. On 7/9/2025 I placed an order for just a quarter pounder w/cheese in the app. The employee serving the order board was great, telling me to pull forward to the second window when I provided my mobile order number. The line moved pretty quickly with 4-5 cars ahead of me (it was noontime), but the issue was what I have been running into time and time again at this location: they ask several cars to pull over and wait for their food to be brought out. There were FIVE cars already doing so when they asked me to also do so. As I had run into this many times in the past at this location, I was ready for it and told the employee that I would not pull over, that I would wait for my quarter pounder at the window. I explained that every time they ask me to pull over they never bring my food out. One time, after waiting 15 minutes, I went inside and saw my order sitting in a bag on the counter. When I asked for it, the one employee running the front half-heartedly gave it to me. So this time I explained why I would not pull over. The employee turned to the supervisor/manager right behind her and passed on what I said, which was also that I gave the option to refund my money rather than ask me to pull over. The supervisor readily refunded my money, with no apology or offer to get the sandwich to me at the window.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I know what they are doing as I currently work with a former McDonalds manager: as long as they keep the drive through moving, their numbers look good. Asking people to pull over keeps things moving to the next customer. I called the number on my refund receipt and spoke to Theresa, the district manager who was more than kind and is giving me a free sandwich. She even told me to come to the White Oak location up a few blocks up Laburnum rather than go back to this Williamsburg Rd. location. Theresa also said that she would look into what is going on at this location. I certainly hope she can clear it up! What is the benefit of using the drive through if you end up waiting, pulled to the side? I might as well go inside where I understand waiting as others place their orders and are served...at least to a certain extent. McDonalds corporate: are you reading this and do you care?

I do not eat McDonald's, but was there to pick up an order. Customer service sucked! I thought I was at a circus. All the staff were loud, talking amongst themselves, using profanity, laughing, joking, running around...I was acknowledged after minutes of standing and waiting...no sense of customer service at all! SMHHH

Go to the one down the road in white oak
Rude staff unprofessional behavior
Ordered on mobile app still had to sit at the window for them to remake my food only to get it and it still be wrong so I had to come back and when I asked for it to be remade the girl walked away into the lobby and then another employee finally did come over and take control and did fix my sandwiches..but I think mcdonalds needs an attitude training class

This is by far the WORST McDonalds anywhere!!! Takes half an hour to get one breakfast sandwich and the have the most incompetent people working for them which the manager NEEDS to be fired as he/she hasn’t properly trained the staff!! NEVER coming here again!!!!
