Waited over 40 minutes only to find out they cancelled the order without email or notification just because they didn't have socks for the grinch meal. Only found out when we got to the window. When we asked just get the food they said we aren't giving free food put in a new order. This was the finale nail in the coffin. They are slow, rude, and 50% get your order wrong. Don't ever come here if you actually want food.

Rude workers at the drive thru. Mad bc they had to serve a Grinch meal🤣(Their job) Horrible location.
The atmosphere be mad wild sometimes with the conversations and lack of respect for the customers. The service is not pleasant either but Makayla( sorry if I misspelled) and another young lady( gotta find her name because she’s pleasant) has always been polite when I’ve been here or curbside. Kudos to them. Again I will find the other young lady’s name because their attitude is hard to come by when it comes to customer service

It has been noted in my circles that customer service at McDonald's in the area has been deteriorating. This location is the exception. They are invariably cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Janiah (sp) helped us this last time and was exceptionally wonderful! She deserves a raise! Keep up the good work! It makes a difference in a person's day.

McDonald's culture with the employees sucks I would not recommend a McDonald's to my dog it would be funny if I could because then my dog would say no with me.

The app forced an order to this store which does not even have mobile pickup and cost me $50 in food that I did not receive. When I called to rectify this issue since I'm all the way across town and my designated location is on Hull Street I was hung up on several times. I've put in a concern to corporate but we would just like our money back. I think that's reasonable considering this is the second time this has happened and we've never visited the store.

My family and I placed our order. And it was missing a few things. I went inside and the manager was rude and called me a liar. Very terrible service with her being the manager

Alwaysiakes forever to get your food. They take your order then make you park in a spot and wait . Even if its like 2 cars you're gonna wait for your burger for 15 min. Employees are overwhelmed and confused looking.

Went thru drive thru ,asked for big breakfast,got home and was missing hash browns. Tried to call,no one would answer. Went back the following day and asked for the one I didn't get.
Still didn't get it. Started going to the one at White Oak. Much better service and much cleaner.

Stereotypical McDonald's...cold, burnt food. I got the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were CLEARLY fried in very old grease. Very dark in color (pictures do no justice). Completely unsatisfied...whoda thunkit??
