The manager just kept looking at me when I was waiting for help and they didn't even think to look if someone was at the register and I even overheard them saying it's slow right now but can't help the 4 people waiting up front right now. It's been 10 minutes for a small fry.

Drive thru girl after seeing I was paying with cash raised the price 2 dollars. When I asked about it she said “taxes and stuff”. Not my first time at McDonalds. The total given at the speaker is the total. Turned I didn’t have the extra in cash a used my card. Lo and behold the “Taxes” disappeared.

RUDE. This was the worst I have ever been treated in a drive-through. I ASKED for her manager, and she just closed the window in my face. To the point where I had to come in and tell the manager. The manager just said sorry. WILE other customers sitting inside agreed with me and said they are treated this way every day. This person should not be on window.

Very slow service. It took 25 minutes for them to complete three orders on the drive-through tonight. 3 to 4 cars leftthe line. When I got to the window sounded like a party was going on. Just laughing and joking and no one working. Took forever to get the food very poor service
