Oh my Lord! You cannot beat the Croaker Spot! The home-style soul food and seafood is OFF THE CHAIN! Great service too! This is the place when you want to get your EAT ON! And they have Karaoke too!

Very understaffed
Why is it that the staff operating the registers can’t reprint receipts? I ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. After I paid for my order, I needed a receipt to turn in. While waiting the employee decided to sit just outside the counter area and proceeded to indulge herself in some phone time with her earbuds in. Once I was able to have someone address the issue, the first person set an order on the counter and just walked away without calling out the order number. The employee that helped with getting the receipt printed told me that they are short help in the back. If you are short staffed then maybe this employee shouldn’t be sitting and on her phone.

TERRIBLE. They pull people to their mobile curbside pickup and make them wait 15 mins for their food. Literally I didn’t see one person in the 20 mins I was here get there food in under 15 mins.

They are slow what is the point of being fast food if it takes almost 40 minutes for a large fry that I order off the app and went via drive thru 4 cars get there food. People need to pay attention instead of talking all day

I asked for a spicy mcchicken and a spicy snack wrap. However, when greeted at the front window bc i had nothing spicy they said “we don’t have that”. My problem is why wasn’t this AT THE WINDOW? I get they are a mcdonald and we did go at 11:20pm at night, because we were on a road trip. I’m guessing this was the manager at the window? He had no idea what we were talking about. Just ridiculous and will make sure to never be back.

This is the only McDonald’s close to my job and may i say i will take a good 20 min drive to a different one… it just seem like the employees always rude even asking for some ketchup they will give you an attitude for no reason and let’s not talk about the food smh it’s always cold even when you waiting in the line for your food after you paid the food still be cold

I’ve visited this MCD more times the past 10 days than I have any in the last 2-3 years because I’m in the area for two weeks, and it’s convenient. But I can say with certainty this is not a good experience. I’ve usually felt worse than when I walked in because most of the staff are rude, or don’t use their words. There’s that one super nice lady with the kid. The only bright spot in the whole place. One manager looked at me like I called her a slur when I said “thank you”. Admittedly, I’ve not heard a single customer use basic manners the 6 or 7 times I’ve been in there. Maybe they just don’t have the energy to even bother. But geez y’all, when someone is bringing positivity instead of nastiness and drama I don’t understand why it’s basically stigmatized. I can’t even blame customers that act out there because we aren’t treated like welcome guests on business, but just another inconvenience to address as minimally as possible. But at least my orders have been mostly accurate and pretty quick. And since that’s the main idea, I give three stars for the process.
