Well the Sausage McMuffin was good. Making the Right turn onto the road to get there Did Not 🚫 make my day. The curb turns into a Sharp Edge Drain that Popped my tire. So might not be visiting this one anymore or the car in the middle is going to back up because I am Not 🚫 blowing another tire.

I never leave reviews, but what happened is actually ridiculous. I ordered online to go pick-up, and the store was closed, when they say it’s 24 hours. I call and try to ask for a refund from the store (which the app literally says to do), and they say to cancel it from the app, WHICH ISNT EVEN AN OPTION ON SAID APP. Whatever you do, don’t use the app, just buy it from the store. They’ll say literally whatever, and then you’ll be down however much you spent on your food that you thought you’d get. Genuinely, ridiculous.

They always tell you to pull up to the door or the parking lot. Because they know thier slow as hell. So they don't want the timer to look bad. Then they get your order wrong and you have to get out you're car go inside and tell them they got it wrong. If I was just waiting at the window I could easily check my food and tell them right at the window.

The customer service here is horrible. The manager stayed on her cell phone and didn’t come to the counter to address issues. The staff kept walking by the customers without asking if we needed help. They had attitudes and rolled their eyes. When I asked if someone was coming to the counter I was told they were busy and to use the kiosk. Very unprofessional.
