The staff at closing is very unorofessional. They shut down the lobby up to hour and half earlier then posted on both doors.. then refused to take my order inside and were maching me as i told them they need to honor signage. And told me that NO! they do not. Day time staff is a little better
I haven't yet to encounter the morning/ opening staff.

The customer service sucks. They rush you to order, after each item they say anything else quickly and never repeat the order back to you. Most of the time they leave something out. And by the one forget trying to get ice cream the machine never works....

I only ordered a large sprite.the man who took my debit card (payment)did NOT tell me my card didn’t work or he did something wrong.he gives me the card back.i get to the second window and the woman says $2.26.this causes confusion because genius at the first window didn’t tell me about the transaction not going through.so at this point it seems suspicious,I requested my receipt after she rung me up.but what doesn’t make sense is she asked him for the receipt from the window I just left him at. Naturally anyone would want to make sure their money is being spent correctly. So as I’m driving off from a distance she’s complaining to herself no one else is standing there. Needless to say I won’t be back
