I ordered two steak egg and cheese bagel combos that were inedible. The bagels were burned completely black and the sauce that comes with it wasn't on the bagels. I called customer service and only received an apology but no refund or gift certificate. Totally unacceptable!!! WORSE MCDONALD'S EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The manager was fantastic and fixed what was wrong quickly and was very nice and called me beautiful and told me to have a great day. That’s what you call great customer service. Food was also nice and hot.
