Wish I could give zero stars. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the whole country. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Managers openly talk badly about customers in front of them. Don’t go here there’s a McDonald’s right up the street that actually treats their customers with respect

Typical garbage food from McDonald's. Not just this one but any of them. Not really sure why money isn't taken off when removing a CONDIMENT of I'm going to be charged for replacing it with a different one. Come on, I know good and well McDonald's ain't losing any money by replacing mustard and ketchup with mayo. Smh. Definitely not a fan. Only eat here when there's not another option.
They are terrible the coffee is so bad please do not go this place customer service and driver thru is the most annoying

The people who run this specific McDonald's are straight up liars. I suspected that they lied to me about not having milkshakes so I went inside and ordered one at 12pm and got one, no problem because that manager has k own me for years. So anyway I went back just now, 4pm and tried to order another and the nightshift manager told me they don't have any of any flavor, I looked at her and told her that I had just for one 4 hrs earlier and she looked at me and said she can't help that, they don't have them now. I plan on getting the district managers name and number and telling her exactly what is happening in her store. This has been a on/off issue for 3 years now. They don't like to cleanthe machine so they just shut it down and lie to there customers

Went to this McDonalds to get lunch for me and my husband. I am 80 years and what they call old school. Went to counter and was told if I wanted to order use the Kiosk to busy to wait on me. A nice young man helped me as I told him my husband just got out of the hospital and no food in house a quick stop. Our family of 10 go after church on Sunday but after the altitude we voted now to go Wendy's down the street. They will give you service at the counter. Is this the future of MDonald's and good service, guess so.
