I stopped in on my 30 minute lunch break, placed my order on the kiosk (because there wasn't anyone taking orders at the register). I proceeded to stand at the register so I could pay for my order. While standing at the register, an employee brought out someone else's order and went back to the kitchen/prep area - NEVER came over to the register for me to pay. As time progressed, I saw the staff - including a manager - filling what appeared to be drive through orders. At this time, I called back to the kitchen area - no response. I called again. This time, the manager said someone would be with me. I informed him that I just missed my lunch break. There was no acknowledgement nor apology. I walked out without receiving any service. An absolutely TERRIBLE experience.

I got the wrong drink that I had ordered, and chicken nuggets were hard and dry. I ordered at 2pm and ordered a pack of 3 chocolate chip cookies with the nugget meal. Cookies "Enjoy By" time was at 10:12am. My cookies also had pieces of GLASS in it. It's not salt because a piece of the glass has some sort of frosted design on it. Luckily, it was the first cookie I pulled from the pack and didn't eat the cookies. The employees were nice. I'm fine with human error with drink orders, but glass pieces in food I can not ignore.

This Hull Street Rd McDonald's is the best in Richmond! The food looks as pictured & it taste like old school McDonald's. They have friendly staff as well. They look like they have fun while serving up good food.
