Worse McDonald’s in RVA.. Always messing up your order , forgetting food items , then try to tell you what you said out your mouth that you did not say . I picke up over worked , underpaid , nasty attitude and frustration so takes it out on customers which is wrong and unprofessional. Then have to wait on your food and forget drink so have to go back in and bring it back out .

The girl bagging our food is saying that we are “doing too much”. We ordered our meals on the app and we all want separate payments and get our points. We are at the curbside sign and she’s talking about us “doing too much” like next time all four of us are just going to stand at each curbside sign and have her walk up to each of us and hand our food over to us. You’d think it’s easier to have to only walk up to 1 car instead of 4 separate vehicles. Then she goes back inside to argue with a customer that is trying to tell them something and the employee is complaining about her job to the customer and giving them attitude. Not only that they messed up my friends order TWICE who ordered INSIDE.

Teacher Key tag for a drink with purchase. McDonald’s gives every year a key tag for teachers that they can use no restrictions. You just have to make a purchase . Today I went to this McDonald’s on Chamberlayne Ave Richmond Va and they said “oh we only do that on Tuesdays”. I think that is tacky especially when the key tag does not state that is a being a restriction. They did not have it posted anywhere if you’re gonna do something do it don’t go halfway You just lost the customer.

Mcdonalds have went down at least this one. Its the 3rd time I’ve been here and the fries were not hot and they only filled the cup halfway I started to go back when I looked in the bag and ask for the rest of them, but three strikes Im done. I will not go to that location again

I had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s. I was in the drive-thru with two friends, each of us placing separate mobile orders. When we provided our three different order codes, the staff refused to take the third one without giving us any explanation and made me go inside to resolve it.
Once inside, the woman in the photo refused to give me the order and even canceled my friend’s orders with no explanation. At no point were we told why this was happening. It felt completely unfair, frustrating, and honestly, discriminatory. We were speaking Spanish amongst ourselves, and at this point, I can’t help but wonder if that’s why we were treated this way.
I returned to the drive-thru to ask for clarification and request a refund (which I never received), but still got no answers. We asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one available and close the drive-thru window on my face.
This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unbelievable. I left angry, confused, and extremely disappointed. No one should be treated this way
