I literally wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order at 10:22 pm. They close at 11. There was one car ahead of me in the drive through. Took him about 10 minutes to be talked to. I then pulled up and was not spoken to for 20 minutes. They asked if I had a mobile number I wanted to use, I said yes and she said one moment. I was not talked to again. At 10:58, 2 minutes before close, I tried to go inside to grab it. The guy cleaning did not want to let me in. I said I had been waiting for 30 minutes and just want my food. Again, there was no one else in the line. He finally let me in and gave me my food. I tried to contact support and it kept saying page not found when I hit submit. I tried 3 times. I then tried to call customer service and no response. I also added tomato’s to my mcchicken and there were not tomato’s added. It’s not much, but still was charged 50 cents and didn’t get it.

Update: the McDonald’s website doesn’t allow me to submit the feedback on the website. It says page not found each time. Tried that twice before even posting this review. I’m not even surprised by this. Sub par all around!

I ordered 17.70 breakfast with app coupon for counter pickup. My mother went to pick it up and the staff advised they didnt have my order. She showed them the app confirmation and they made the food but made her pay. She called me and I sent her a screenshot of the pending transaction in my account. They refunded my mother but the food was cold and when she advised of this they threw it away. They advised no manager was on site to do the refund to me that was paid on the app and that the bank would refund it but refused to provide evidence nothing was received. Police were called and advised my mother was correct. They then remade a lunch order since breakfast was over. The Manager of the Quarter Caesar S then advised my mother never to come back in the store after the police officer left. Accusing her of being rude. As well, the manager was the one that threw the food away. So they lied the whole time. I was on the phone with mom during this interaction and she was not rude, she was trying to make sure that we didn't overpay and got our food. My mother is 79 years old and he tried bulling her thinking she was an easy target, which is elder abuse. It was a simple issue caused by them that could have been rectified with refiring the order, but the staff wanted to escalate the situation. This is malicious behavior and will be treated as such.

To Caesar S.: If this is what McDonalds considers a “Manager of the Quarter” it is certainly a low bar. What a pathetic excuse for a human being.

I always order my food through the kiosk and have it brought to my table. Well, instead of the food being brought to my table, the manager just threw it on the counter and called out the number with an attitude. Seems like the manager was lazy and didn't want to be bothered bringing my food to my table. I didn't even get my cup for my drink and when I went back to the counter to get it, the Hispanic woman behind the counter ignores me and walked away. I also received the wrong food too. I ordered the double quarter with cheese DELUXE and instead got a double quarter pounder with cheese. SO...No drink and wrong food all given with an attitude. I will never go to this place again!

This place really takes the ‘fast’ out of fast food. Waited for a mobile order pick up for 20 minutes, and was not spoken to once. I have never seen a more slow moving staff (front end or kitchen), zero urgency even as the line at the counter grew to 6 people and nobody came forward to help them either.

Went in. Had to use the bathroom first. As I was washing MY hands, an employee comes out of the stall, walks right by me, the water and the soap, and heads back to the kitchen! So I finished washing my hands and I left. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

I went into the dining room because the 2 lanes of the drive through were backed up. I placed my order on the kiosk, paid at the register, and waited 30 MINUTES before I got my food. When I got my order, it was WRONG. When I explained that it was wrong, the supervisor explained that I got what I ordered - through the kiosk. I had to PHYSICALLY show her the different selections I had to choose from at the kiosk, but she said that my order didn't specify no egg.

I asked for my money back. I don't see myself returning to that location any time soon, if ever again.

This McDonalds location is consistently bad. They are slow and often disorganized, sending cars to the waiting spots and bringing food out separately, cold, and missing items.
