I usually enjoy McDonald’s for a quick bite, but lately it’s been frustrating having to ask for fresh food when that should be the standard. On top of that, charging for sauces with meals feels ridiculous, no one wants dry nuggets! It’s the little things that make a difference, and I hope they start paying more attention to the overall customer experience.

I've never written a review that has resulted in such a low rating. The inability, from staff, to take a simple order or understand what I am conveying belies a serious problem. 15 minutes to get a simple vanilla ice cream cone, while watching three customers drive off in frustration is to be considered. Though, I do not entirely blame the staff. There is a serious training and language issue with the night time crew. This falls upon franchise ownership, and this location should be avoided. You would be better served by going up the street to the next location. It is obvious by the continual failure of meeting the most basic customer goals and values that ownership is relying on location traffic. Lastly, when the degrading customers make sure to turn off the microphone so it is not blasted across both speakers... Just a thought!

Drive thru service was awful. 1st I waited a bit. No friendly greeting. Hispanic girl at the window seemed bothered to have been working. Maybe she had a bad day. I asked for ketchup and bbq and she said they were already in the bag. I look and said where? She being upset and gives me bbq only. I asked for ketchup too, I said. Again upset she hands it to me with an attitude.
Food is normally right but the lack of human interaction since they have the kisoks now is not my favorite cause it doesn't look like they sanitize that thing often. I will go back cause it's the closest one to my job. We usually go here for lunch on Saturday and they sometimes forget to give you a straw.

Place is terrible. Food took forever and then the order was wrong. Wasn't that busy yet the kitchen was chaotic. Bathroom had wet cigarette butts on the floor in the stall area, a bar of dirty irish spring soap next to the faucet and just disgusting all together. Get it together McDonald's yous can do better.
