I had a very disappointing experience tonight. I took my daughter and grandkids out for dinner and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, only to be completely ignored by the woman working at the front counter—a lady with glasses who was extremely rude.
When our food was finally ready, she set the tray down without a word and walked away. I let her know we were missing a drink and a caramel sundae. She became visibly irritated, turned her back, and when I clarified it was supposed to be a double caramel, she snapped, “I can read.”
I then asked for BBQ sauce and honey, as it was listed on the ticket. Her response? “Who are you talking to?” She then refused to give me any sauce, saying, “Everyone’s been waiting for their food.” I explained that the kids had already been waiting a long time and wouldn’t eat without the sauce. Her reply? “Oh well,” before walking away again.

Doesn't happen often at a McDonald's but the staff was actually nice. Only thing is the drive thru monitor wasn't that loud.

Lost me when a filet o fish went small and four something a piece . Used to be able to afford this place now I'm at the cost of a sit down restaurant for a dirty atmosphere and a sandwich that no one can seem to make in a stack as its really just all the ingredients thrown into a box . Bye mcds

The very talkable manager and the service super well, the food freshly cooked for us was a big order, but they did it with excellence.
Didn't get to eat the food because I went in and was directed to the kiosk to order. I had a question, but no one was available to answer, so I left. Apparently, the only way to speak to a real person anymore is through the drive-thru 😡

it was an absolute pigsty in there. I went with my granddaughter to have a little day out and when we arrived, it was absolutely trashed! i saw a man sitting in the corner recording me and my granddaughter, then i saw trash everywhere. Not to mention the food ordering time. It arrived cold and it was not even my order. this location is the worst it could be!

SKIP IT! If it drive through you will get to the oder speaker and wait for the longest time cause most likely this location got someone's order wrong and don't drive off without checking cause most likely they got Your order wrong. And Rude when you tell them they got the order wrong. And the food is old cold or over cooked. Don't bother going here.
