The woman with the hijab and the lady running the first drive through register today 12/21 at 12 lunch time are the 2 most rudest people ive ever seen. If I had a company they would not work for it. Not only did they have attitudes but they messed our orders up and left out the drinks and fries we ordered. Then They made us go back around the drive through to reorder the drinks and fries instead of just adding it at the window. They messed the order up and we had to be late to where we was going because of it. Then they dumped our fries all in the bag, and gave us a watered down Dr pepper that had no syrup. Then my fries tasted chemicals were sprayed on it. Very scary. I hope the owners of this mcdonalds fire them all and get a better crew who actually cares about the customer. Food tasted old and was cold

I usually don't have time to write reviews but I just had too. The Lady in the back, in the chair is AMAZING!!! I had to pull into the parking space, to take a call before I ordered my food. I watched the beautiful brown skinned Lady do both sides of the drive thru & she was great. She was polite & so very very fast. Then when I ordered my food, I was greeted w/ a happy "GOOD MORNING". i didn't know what I wanted to eat, it's been so long since I ate breakfast at McDonald's. She assisted me so well & I ended up getting a #10. The steak was cooked to perfection, the grill onions & that creamy sauce, my word is was scrumptious!! The Customer Service & food keep me coming back every day so far, before work. I don't know her name i couldn't read her name tag ( my vision is bad) but whomever is in charge of compliments. Please acknowledge her beautiful spirit & how savvy & fast she is. My name is Beverly Pierce
Vegetarian options: They have egg & cheese on your choice of Biscuit, Muffin, Bagel or McGriddle. My favorite is egg & cheese on a hamburger bun. I also have a choice of round real cracked egg or a folded egg. They let me add the from onions on it as all. I special orderd scramble eggs & cheese on a tortilla. It was delicious!!
Parking: Parking lot was clean. People wasn't hanging outside of the restaurant like I see at some places.
Kid-friendliness: I haven't bought my grandkids yet. But the Happy Meals have plenty of options

Consistently the worst McDonald's in the area. From the clueless people working the drive thru to the confrontational management when you tell them they forgot items on your order. And speaking of forgetting items, it seems to be too consistent to not be on purpose. Go to any other McDonald's in the area, even if it's a little out of the way, trust me.

8975 Staples Mill Rd location- 12.6.24 at 9:20pm-ordered and paid on app. My order disappeared from the tracking screen after 45 minutes, but no food. Got part of my order after a hour. Missing 2 cheeseburgers and all sauces. Had 5 drinks- it took another 15 minutes to get a drink holder. When I left a young man, who ordered before me, was trying to get his disabled brother's McRib sandwich while his brother fidgeted at their table, two women whose orders were lost were trying to get their food and everyone who ordered in the previous 30-60 minutes was crowded around the front of the counter. I tried the "contact us" on the app twice and got error messages when I hit submit. This place is a disaster. Also, you don't want to go in the bathroom...trust me.

Showed up at 10pm took them until 10:40 to get me up to the kiosk. I was told they were only accepting DoorDash and Uber orders. I confirmed their hours are until 11pm. Lady said they are extremely understaffed…unfortunately this isn’t a one off experience. Very unreliable service and standards at this location.
Order a mobile pick up that told me I could pick it up at the counter but when I got there the doors were locked so I went thru the drive thru and they still gave me the incorrect order. After asking me my mobile order number. The line was very long so I could not swing back around. I ordered ahead of time so I can make it back in time for work. Just don’t understand how you ask me what I have, ask for my mobile number and still give me the wrong order. After already waiting 20 mins in the line
