First I want a Diet Coke but I didn’t get Diet Coke. I got Coke second I want a plain hamburger. They gave a hamburger with pickles and ketchup and also I’ll give this a zero star review.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have never once had a good experience there. Rude staff and terrible quality control. I will drive the mile down the road to go to the other McDonald’s every time. I suggest you do the same.

I've ordered from this place through Grubhub and they have cancelled 4 orders, and once let someone take my order that wasn't from Grubhub, and then were NOT going to honor the order when the actual Grubhub driver showed up. Save your time, order from ANYWHERE else.

This location is awful!! I will never come here again nobody speaks English and it’s extremely filthy!! And has zero tops for drinks unless it was a large , I’m not sure if Rodney still owns this but he may want to reconsider his staffing

The non- speaking cashier didn't know how to ring up my order because I was using the McDonald's app and a promotion. McDonald's really should TRAIN their employees!!!..She stopped trying and waiting for another employee to punch in to finish the order. I sat there for 21 minutes, why did I sit there 🙃 hungry and stupid 😝

Typical McDonald's. Nothing special. My QP was put together sideways and my strawberry cream pies probably should have been thrown out 3 hours before I got them. It has been 34 years since I was a manager at McDonald's, but I'm sure they still use 'holding times'. Meaning, once the holding time on a food item arrives, they're supposed to throw it out. It's fast food, not indefinite food.

Tried dinner there, it's been almost 6 months since we've been to McDonald's. We ordered online for pickup, gave the lady the order number and she instructed me to drive to the second window. Get there and they lost my order. From the speaker to the window, lost! How does that happen? They took my oder from me at the window, messed everything up, had to go in and get the rest of what was ordered, food was just thrown together. My chicken wasn't even on the bun, lettuce everywhere. So we will not be going back to McDonald's anytime soon.

I order my food online, I get there and check it in saying that I am here to pick it up. I walk inside with my daughter in my arms, to grab my mobile order. I stand up front for 30 minutes for all of the staff to avoid the front counter or even eye contact with any customer standing up front. When they do come up front it is to only hand whatever order is in their hand and then just walk away and ignore everyone standing waiting to be helped. When I finally do get helpped, i am told that my order has been canceled and tgat i canceled it. I tell them i did not cancel my order, but because its canceled on their end theres nothing they can do. But im sorry, if I wanted to go somewhere where I wanted rude service, I would have went to the restaurant that pays their people to be rude to you.

This location is lucky that they won't give a zero star rating. We come here because it's close to home, but everytime we have come here the fries are filled half full, they miss something, and/or give the wrong items. Management is terrible when you complain. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, which is not ideal when there is a retirement community with hard of hearing individuals less them a mile down the road. The inside of the restaurant is always dirty and the staff tries to ignore you.
