The lady at the register was very rude so much so that I didn't even order. I just left and went to golden Corral. I'll never stop at this place again. She rolled her eyes bc I didn't want to use the self check out. After that eye roll I had to reconnect with Jesus before I did something I may have been taken away in cuffs for so wr just left

Lol, we come here so often, they know my partner and I the moment we speak at the drive-thru. Bantering with the employees is always fun, and they've never gotten our food wrong once. We typically go through the drive-thru and don't eat in, but the staff is always great.

The short fat black lady with the gray hair (I’m assuming the general manager because of her blue button up shirt) is disgustingly rude and dismissive and seems absolutely miserable. Her entire crew struggled so hard with 3 cars in the drive thru and zero customers in the lobby. All 3 cars in the drive thru were given the wrong orders after being told to pull up and to wait for 30 minutes. The old lady yelled at us and asked her why we were standing at “her” counter and when we showed her our correct order on the mobile app she yelled “I CANT READ THAT MESS” and turned away from us and let her other employees deal with us. Can’t say I blame her though, I’d probably hate my life too if I was working for a dirty disgusting fly infested McDonald’s at 65 years old. They also didn’t salt the fries, I watched them take them out the fryer and give us plain fries. Horrible location, dirty store, clueless rude employees, terrible service, long wait time, terrible food quality and all around terrible disgusting establishment.

I don't know how you can screw up heat and serve food with the consistency of this location. Every time I stop here for breakfast the food is overcooked and dry. Tried biscuits and gravy and the gravy tasted old/spoiled. Try your luck at the location down the street.
