Me and my family have been extremely displeased with the portion of fries that’s we have been given on orders the temperature one some of the food and the Apple pies are either cold or old .And so are the cookies almost everytime I come there I must bring something back

I have done both the drive through as well as dining in. For this location in general, I would recommend double checking your order as they are not super reliable in order accuracy.

What's the point of having a Drive Thru if every time I use it they mess up the order and I have to come in to get it corrected. They wasted my time when I'm in a hurry. It took 5 minutes for them to come up to the counter. They barely apologized to me. I dont suggest coming to this location if you want your order done right.

FYI, I wasn't the only one that was in there with the messed up order. Two people came right before I walked out complaining.

Don’t get to usually leave good reviews at fast food places lately but this morning was Awsome the older lady working the drive through this morning was so polite and who ever was cooking was fire cause that McChicken biscuit and sausage biscuit was beautiful…. Best breakfast I’ve had in a while…. Props to yall

Consistently over the three years that I’ve lived close to this McDonald’s this has been the worst service I have ever received at any McDonald’s. I’ve been to worldwide. They will argue with you about what you ordered even after you show them your receipt when you go through drive-through make sure you get a receipt and make sure you know what you’re ordering. They have zero consistency they will give you rotten apple slices that are clearly rotten that anyone that looks at the package can see in your children’s meals. They will get your drink orders wrong and then tell you well that’s what they’ve got so you have to take it. They will pull you up to their third window and then still bring you the wrong stuff And if you don’t have a receipt, they won’t insist that you got what you ordered regardless of what it said on the screen, I make it a habit to take a screenshot with my phone of the menu board for what I ordered and to get a receipt when I pay When my children ask for McDonald’s I frequently will drive past this one and go 30 minutes or more out of my way to go to another McDonald’s because the service is still faster than if I went to this one and is usually accurate. This is the worst McDonald’s McDonald’s corporate should take the franchise license away. Every single employee should be retrained. You have some very polite people taking your money at the drive-through, but that’s where the competence ends. They don’t change their oil out very frequently. You can tell. I have had to go back in after being pulled up to the second window and receiving the wrong stuff, pointing it out, then pulling me up to the third window, bringing me another order of the wrong stuff drive around park go and show the manager what I got be told that that’s what I ordered. Show them the screenshot of the menu board And the receipt in my hand and watch the manager. Take the sandwiches out of my bag and place them back in the warming tray for the next customer and then they get very very upset with you when you point out that they cannot sell that to another customer they need to throw it away. I probably should’ve posted reviews sooner but honestly, I’m a little bit ashamed of myself that I’m still going at all. I get my kids a happy meal at McDonald’s and occasionally grab myself something maybe once a week which is way too much. I know the service is so bad at this one. I probably been approximately 30 times over the last three years And have never gotten an accurate order without having to pointed out at the window and even after getting it fixed, have frequently found rotten apple packages in my children’s meals. There is zero attention to detail here they are slow. They’re not accurate and there is always an excuse. The customer is always rightat this McDonald’s only if they drive past it and go to another one.
Now 5 years, twice a week, never gotten an order correct the first try and we do not special order….

It was hot, you had to receive a code to use the restroom and it took a while to get served. It wasn't due to the server but moreso because they were busy. I got a soda just to use the restroom.
