It's been a long time since I've gone to a McDonald's. I miss the salads. The ordering quiosk i used didn't work, but the young lady at the counter was helpful. I think it's important to me to mention that that young lady as well as the manager were being loudly berated and bullied by another customer. She was making a lot of over the top demands and would holler orders out to the employees and manager and complained loudly to other customers. The manager remained calm and courteous the entire time.

They got my order wrong had to go back in 3 times because they forgot multiple things from the bag, gave me the wrong person's food and did nothing to rectify the fact they messed up multiple times and gave me an attitude every time...

This is by far the best Fast Food Restaurant in the entire area. We live close n drive past the Wendy’s through 3 red lights to come to this McDonalds. We have issues walking so we almost always order on the app (u get reward points n discounts) n with in no time we pull into the pick up spots n our order is brought out to us. We probably eat here 6 to 8 times a month n we can not remember the last issue we had here. This McDonalds is my favorite fast food restaurant in the whole area!

The wait times are ridiculous. Especially when they always need employees but never call the kids who are willing to work back
Almost all the time the ice cream is out, why is that? Fries are never salty/ or too salty to eat, doesn't count the nuggets given. 4 box nuggets i open it to three nuggets 😐 this isn't okay especially since it was 8 dollars in total going into inaccurate counting. Main question is why is it that whenever someone higher up is there everything is done right and on time, but when nobody of authority is there nothing is done right.

I went to this McDonald's about 30 mins ago. And this was the service I got burger have cooked. I understand mistakes happen but this is unacceptable! Hopkins McDonald's needs to do better! Train staff and cooks! Terrible!

We went through the drive-through, and the service was amazingly fast. Barely even stopped my car. However, two big breakfast with hotcakes, got to our picnic area, and a butter had busted and melted through all the food, there was no syrup, and the mustard we requested was not in the bag. I appreciate the speed of the service, but I’d rather get the stuff I ordered. It’s tough to tell three preschoolers that they don’t have syrup on their pancakes.
