I order my food through Uber eats my food was cold when the Uber eats driver brought my food to me tonight noone should receive their food from McDonald’s cold as we customers we should receive our food nice and hot

Ordered double cheese burger meal for eating inside. Cheese burger was a regular cheese burger, the large fries weren't completely cooked (then they wonder why people get sick), the Dr Pepper was flat (actually all the drinks in the dining area were flat). Had to get a drink from the drive-thru station, didn't have time to wait for anyone to fix the ones in the dining room area. Too many employees were sitting around in the dining area instead of trying to fix problems. No one could point me to a manager.

I’m not sure how lunch is at this location because I’ve only been here for breakfast and have absolutely no complaints. The breakfast has been fresh and coffee/frappe has been the best. I live in the Short Pump area but work near this location and this McDonalds is hands down the best when it comes to the breakfast. So much that I had to write a review. And the pleasant customer service ordering and at the pick up window is top notch! Love this location for breakfast!
Ordered three times in drive-thru and received incorrect orders each time. I went three times because sometimes people have off-days or make mistakes. This location appears to be consistent in making mistakes despite informing management of the drive-thru service. My last order included a big Mac (did not order) but was missing the McNuggets. Asked for honey mustard and BBQ sauces and received honey and ranch. Not to mention, it took fifteen minutes to get my order.
I understand this is fast food and synonymous for less-than-great service but getting orders consistently wrong is a management/work ethic is issue.
Please do better, Mc'Ds. For everyone else - avoid if possible.

This McDonald's on Hopkins redefined fast food. Ordered at 434pm and food didn't arrive until 505pm and two of the items were wrong/missing. Won't be back.
Worst experience! Ordered in the drive thru and ended up with a diet dr pepper when I ordered a coke, burger without a patty, a happy meal without juice, and a bacon n cheese burger without bacon. Maybe if the employees get off their phones they could pay more attention to what they’re doing.
