Ordered on the app for ice cream. I get there and they say they clean their machine at 10pm. Why would you do that at 10 when you don't close til 2am? This is when people get ice cream, after dinner. Can't possibly take 4 hours to clean. So get to window one where I'm told I can't get what I've already paid for. I'm not offered money back, to cancel my order or food in exchange. I had to suggest something else. After getting home I realize I paid for two items and only got 1 which leaves me shorted about $3. Tried to get a refund but no reply.

Horrible. Drive through was slow. Wernt taking orders at the drive through mic. Had to go back in two times due to order being wrong. Cashier was rude and fried were hard and borderline cold

Please stop hiring people who don’t take food service , customer service and your business seriously. You have a BRAND TO PROTECT !! You promote a sandwich that a lot of people eat when you have it seasonally and this sandwich looks like something created by a preschool child.

Sign states open 24 hours website states drive through til 2am but employees yelling only door dash orders. Some employees outside smoking weed . Costumer service is the worst website and sign needs to be changed if only door dash get services at this location

Just awful. Easily the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve been to. I have no idea why I stayed and ordered something, and now I’m just crossing my fingers that I don’t have to pull over on the highway to vomit out the window from tainted food, if the kitchen is even half as dirty as the dining room.

The evening crew was fantastic. Even though there's "table service" for the kiosk, I didn't expect they would be able to. Next thing you know I looked up and my chicken big Mac was on its way to me. Darn these delicious crispity fries! 🍟 So good. Thanks for a great road trip pit stop.

Worse establishment I have dealt with. First I was not greeted nor looked at. My credit card was taken and food was given with their back towards me. As I drove 45 mins home and stopped at the gas station only to realize I had left without getting my credit card. I called back and was yelled at and hung up on. “I don’t got no credit card lady” was how I was treated!!

"Less than stellar" is being generous. The food was at least edible, but the bathroom was absolutely dismally disgusting. I was afraid to touch anything, and tried not to think about the fact the employees wash up in there. I would've chosen any other destination if I had known what our experience was going to be beforehand.
