If you are going to make us use the kiosk, put some paper in it for receipts. The shake machine was not working. The kiosk menu was not up to date with the currently available items. The fries were luke warm. The prices charged are well above the value of the food. The dining and soda areas needed to be cleaned. The filet of fish was done well.

Ok they pissed me off. I waited in line 15 min. Order thru the app for pickup in the drive through. Finally get my food and it's all wrong! I call to complain and explain I can't come back because I have a meeting but that I will save it and return it after my meeting. That didn't suit them. So I literally threw away $15 that morning because I didn't eat the food either! What a waste I'm really mad!! I won't go back either! The staff was very rude especially the manager I talked to on the phone!

Every time I've been to McDonald's, first thing I think about is how the food doesn't decompose, when I watch the videos where someone has stored a cheeseburger and fries for 20 years and then they pull it out to reveal the food looking the same as it did when they bought it. The second thing is how their ice cream machine is constantly broken. The only plus side to McDonald's is there caramel frappe, which is readily available without a working ice cream machine. If you order through the drive-thru you can almost guarantee something will be wrong or missing with your order. In my opinion The food doesn't taste good enough fresh to wait in the Drive-Thru line or risk not getting the entire order and having to wait through the drive-thru line again for the employees to get a manager that does nothing about it, I have only gotten things from McDonald's a handful of times to wear the whole thing was correct and actually warm and fresh.Kid-friendliness: To main McDonald's is more for children than it is adults because of the iconic happy meal and the indoor or outdoor playground in ball pit which are ancient history now I believe. McDonald's will always be a positive childhood memory.

Good ole' tried and tried Mc'y Dee's. How can you go wrong right.The drive thru attendant was very nice friendly and patient. We were travelling with children, and as you know, queue indecision! The attendant assured us to take our time despite being busy and multitasking. The extra effort did not go unnoticed.Ran in for a moment to use the bathrooms and they were clean and sanitary. No overflowing garbage and recently cleaned toilets. Thumbs up
