This has got to be the slowest McDonalds on the planet. Every time I place a mobile order it’s never ready at the window. Always asked to move up and park. Doesn’t matter if I order 1 item or 10 items. So much for the speedy system

Fastest service ive received curbside ordering a quarter pounder compared to other locations! The food arrived warm, with napkins and condiments.
The curbide runner was also very nice, unfortunately i didn’t catch his name though.

Look, the food is good, but they pull up every car to keep their drive through times down. Maybe just get a little faster. Currently 6 cars in different spots waiting for someone to walk the food out. And then the food comes out missing an item. That’s why I always get my receipts.

Place an order on the app ahead of arrival. Go through the drive through. Just to have to wait over 20mins. Food looks terrible and it seems like all the staff always have an attitude. Clear lack management.

Ordered nuggets, didn't get my sauce, ordered a fillet o fish, didn't get any toppings on it (it was literally just two fish patties on bread), ordered a mcdouble meal and they entirely left it out. I mean they messed up every single thing. Not sure how you do that.

terrible service. sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and they forgot our nuggets and gave us half a thing of fries.

They park numerous cars in the curbside section to make the drive thru service times appear quicker than they are.

Going to this McDonalds is truly a unique experience. It has the best food of any McDonalds in the Richmond and surrounding area, but the worst service and meanest manager you'll ever meet. If you can wait for 20 minutes after ordering and paying for food, you can enjoy some of the best McDonalds food you'll ever find.
If you find that waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fries is too long and you want to stop waiting and go somewhere else, you can politely ask for your money back but get ready because the meanest McDonalds manager you ever met is going to come at you like Mike Tyson and tell you that it's your fault the food is taking too long because either you ordered at peak hours and they are too busy, or you ordered when they were slow and they weren't ready, but either way, she'll make sure you know it's your fault instead of giving you you're money back.
If you thank her for her feedback and still ask for your money back, she'll shove a receipt in your face and ask if they got your order wrong, you can let her know that the order is correct but that you're tired of waiting and she'll go back to blaming you for the wait. It's a lot of fun but like I said, if you can survive the wait, the food is great.
I've gone through this multiple times because the McDonalds is right down the road from my office.

I'm gonna tell you what, I don't keep high expectations for fast food chains, but the management here is onto something. Everytime I've been to this location, the place it spotless. The staff are incredibly attentive, putting some sit down restaurants to shame. They're doing a good job, here.

Latte made incorrectly. Ingredients left out. Make sure you taste McCafe items before leaving or driving away. Steer clear from ordering through delivery services completely.

Absolutely horrific service....from the manager!! Ordered my meal thru the drive-thru and was told to pull around. I hadn't provided my drink choice, but figured they'd ask when I got to the window. When I pulled up, the manager working the AM shift became very combative when I stated my drink choice. She seemed very confused when I stated a drink came with my combo meal, then blamed me for not making sure I ordered it at the pull up menu. It was almost like she had no product knowledge. She had a very apparent attitude when she took the order which became grossly worse when I got to the window.

We live in the neighborhood. The service at this location has gotten progressively worse. The orders are usually wrong and the attitudes are atrocious. Better training all around is severe needed! We will never go back to this location.
