I live nearby and occasionally when we don’t have time to cook, the fam knows that this McDondals location slaps 100% of the time. Ive never been to a McDonald’s that I would prefer to return to. It’s the only mcd’s that I eat at. Sure there is occasional lackluster service, but it’s fast food; I don’t expect white glove service. I would say 1/10 visits someone is less than happy to be serving us. That’s stellar for quick service restaurants IMO. Any mistakes or issues will always be fixed upon informing them. Yes sometimes sauces or napkins or a fry will be forgotten but these operations have a lot of moving parts so to speak. It’s forgiven. Not to mention the interior is ALWAYS clean. Wonderful location, thank you.

Just left there. Service awful. Just set the bags down without even calling out a number. Food was absolutely gross. Fries were cold the Big Mac and quarter pounder were just nasty. The bread tasted old meet was hard and cold. Took a bite and threw in trash. Place was dirty inside.

After a few weeks I had to pull through the drive-thru for my double cheeseburger fix and based on past experience my expectations were met. The big m stands for mediocrity at its best however considering today's world that's not bad because you have to consider the money honey!

The bad thing about this place is that the drinks are very hot and bad, I ordered a coke and very bad, no soda and they changed it to spray and worse apart from hot sap to pure water, really disappointed

Drive thru order 11:25 pm which close at 1am. The guy who took my order rude and unprofessional. No greeting or anything talked very low and unbothered. Ordered a total of 4 MAC chicken sandwiches Gross and very disappointing. Sandwiches cold, old, messy. No taste. They had a nerve to play with my taste buds like I wouldn’t notice the difference. Instead of MAc chicken they replaced with MC CHICKEN smh. I can’t eat MC chicken they are too spicy for my digestive system. A coworker and I gave the others away. We all End up throwing them in trash. As I type I have a unpleasant taste in my mouth.Ughhh!
Update.Called with my complaints manager was very apologetic. He’d asked how he could make things right. Told him I wanted what I’d paid for. Went back 2 days later and received my delicious sandwiches. Thank you for being understanding and professional.

My wife came home after going to this McDonalds and told me that an employee named Josue hit on her and called her ''mamas". This has left her feeling extremely uncomfortable. Neither one of us appreciates this inappropriate behavior. We expect for this to be dealt with. Apparently, not even a married woman can go to McDonalds without being flirted with.

The dining room had not one table that was clean. Food staff was witnessed drinking from cup with straw while handling food (allowed?), SLOW service. Will not come back here. Why is today’s McDonald’s service so slow?
