Went through the drive thru after work. Ordered a McChicken with only pickle and 2 double cheeseburgers. I got a McChicken that was so soaked in mayo, ketchup, and lettuce that the bun was nothing but mush and 2 plain mcdoubles. Tried to call and got no answer from the store.

It was my first time ordering on the app and I forgot to say my code at the speaker I just drove to the window which was my bad. However when I approached the window the male cacasion employee was extremely annoyed because of what I did mind you my order was already placed and paid for so all he had to do was hand me my bag of food instead he started giving me an attitude about the whole situation asking me why did I even pull up if I didn’t give him the code at the speaker I told him I’m sorry I’m not 100% sure how it works I thought I just drive to the window he just kept mumbling weird stuff under his breath and making it a bigger deal than it really was. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION the customer service is the worst. The one off of broad street next to Costco is way better they wouldn’t act like that over something so small.

I drove 8 hours from ohio and this was the first stop I made when I got to richmond because I wanted a sweet tea badly. The sweet tea in Virginia is a lot better than the locations in ohio. Not sure why but it is. Well I got my sweet tea at this location and it was unsweetened. No surgarbl at all. So we circle back around and jumped in the long line and told the young lady about the tea not having sugar. Instead of her offering me a new one, she offered me liquid sugar. I was so mad at that statement because it felt like poor customer service. JUST MAKE A NEW ONE WITH SUGAR IN IT! Please stop offering people liquid sugar when all you have to do is get the order right or re make the drink. That was a lazy solution.

I just ordered, paid, and received a bag with some food. My wife checked the contents and a fish sandwich was missing. I park and go in requesting the sandwich. While standing at the counter, I observe a female open a heating drawer and pull out a fillet. I see that she has no gloves on and I call attention to the lady I initially spoke to inside. She advised me that gloves are not necessary if you wash your hands. The fillet was not wrapped and in a bun. I called the franchise when I got home. No one bother to answer. I wanted to leave a message for the manager for some one to call me, but I doubt the message would be forwarded.

We ordered a classic cheeseburger pack and the food was spot on, the fries were very hot the cheeseburgers were just right temp also perfect amount of condiments on them, the nuggets on the other hand were slightly cool which ruined the five star rating also the caramel frappe was blended perfectly. We ordered take out.
I would recommend this location.

I live nearby and occasionally when we don’t have time to cook, the fam knows that this McDondals location slaps 100% of the time. Ive never been to a McDonald’s that I would prefer to return to. It’s the only mcd’s that I eat at. Sure there is occasional lackluster service, but it’s fast food; I don’t expect white glove service. I would say 1/10 visits someone is less than happy to be serving us. That’s stellar for quick service restaurants IMO. Any mistakes or issues will always be fixed upon informing them. Yes sometimes sauces or napkins or a fry will be forgotten but these operations have a lot of moving parts so to speak. It’s forgiven.
Not to mention the interior is ALWAYS clean.

Just left there. Service awful. Just set the bags down without even calling out a number. Food was absolutely gross. Fries were cold the Big Mac and quarter pounder were just nasty. The bread tasted old meet was hard and cold. Took a bite and threw in trash. Place was dirty inside.

After a few weeks I had to pull through the drive-thru for my double cheeseburger fix and based on past experience my expectations were met. The big m stands for mediocrity at its best however considering today's world that's not bad because you have to consider the money honey!

The bad thing about this place is that the drinks are very hot and bad, I ordered a coke and very bad, no soda and they changed it to spray and worse apart from hot sap to pure water, really disappointed
