This is the single worst McDonald’s in terms of service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason I still patron this location is because of its proximity to where I live. I’ve had numerous incorrect orders in the last year. One time, I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink, and was handed *checks clipboard* a bag of cookies at the drive thru window. Do not do curbside pickup at this facility unless you have a casual 30-45 minutes to spare and you like your food cold. The service is poor even when not particularly busy. My financee once found a sticker inside of her burger. People in Manchester must be starving because I don’t see how this place is still open for business.

I was waiting for 20-30 min a order and asked how long due to my customer complaining about the wait, the manager said “it’s coming”, I asked how long cause I have to update my customer, he says “I’m not gonna argue with you” and walk away. I waited an extra 10 min, I had to go outside and pray!! Mind you, this looked like the manager and he was walking around on his phone instead of helping cause they clearly needed it!!

This has got to be the worst McDonald's enrichment. With the 30 minute drive through waits often having no ice fry. Pay machine always broke. And they will definitely give you a medium drink when you ordered a large drink and think nothing of it. NOW FOR 3 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TAKE CASH AT DRIVE-THRU

It’s like the barely know how to check and see what orders are what. You get to the window and they still double checking. The whole staff needs to be let go or get an actual manager who knows what they’re doing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I don't understand why this location always takes triple the time it should through drive through. I placed order on app, and literally waited 30 mins to get food AND it was at 1230 in morning. The good this was at least the fries were fresh and hot!
I just got a filet-o-fish and tell me why there is half a piece of cheese on this sandwich.

This is by far the worst place on earth I have ever been. I am always met with rude staff and waiting in line for over 30 minutes each time. The staff are always smoking outside and refusing to take customer orders. I have been here on two separate occasions where they cancelled my order due to their own incompetence. I lead with love in everything I and this place is a beacon of just pure negativity and horrible people. Please save yourself the time and eat grass outside than come to this place.
