It's a McDonald's, average food, average service, it's located in a slightly ghet oh area, overall it's average and okay to stop and get some food. I hope everyone is having a great day or night!

They close early and will yell at you if you arrive before close and still want your food you already ordered through the app. The night manager and assistant manager give HORRIBLE service and honestly shouldn't be employed at such a high capacity if they treat people the way they do. They will sit outside smoking in their car and only want to argue with people coming in for the last hour of their shift. It's honestly astounding that they have the jobs they have without being under constant scrutiny from the owner of the franchise. They are actively turning away money in favor of smoking in their car.

i come here like literally twice a year despite living 2 blocks away because it’s genuinely that terrible every single time. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! as someone who literally lives directly next to this location it will be a waste of your time every time without fail. if it doesn’t take an entire hour to get your food, you will be missing items, given the wrong order, half your order will be “unavailable” so they give you random menu items in place of them, and they’re consistently horrible at their jobs. it doesn’t matter how much you complain either, i think higher ups just ignore this mess of a location. clearly! just drive the extra 5 minutes to the broad street or cary street location. trust me.

Takeout orders are constantly wrong, undercooked, or missing toppings. Such as today where the burger has only ketchup and mustard with two pickle slices. And no receipt on the bag so I can’t submit a complaint, maybe by design with this location.

Rudest drive thru by far pretty much threw drink in vehicle and didn't say absolutely one word when shoving food threw window
Im just tired of straight up attitude damn near debates with the managers there about food not being hot, im assuming the lady today was the manager and she had so much to say about coming back in from the drive thru to ask for fresh fries aka HOT food! She went on a whole tangent extra loud so i would hear about the policy on not taking food back bringing up Covid, like tf, first off watch your tone, secondly im not an employee there last time i checked so learn to direct that attention to those that work there not the customers. Rude for no reason. The guy that helped was nice which was the only “postitive”, and i hope she read this too.

I met a friend of mine over there for breakfast. The place was pretty clean. You don't get customer service anymore really all you do is sign in on the machine and put your order in. So impersonal I'm not really liking all the self-service Tech stuff they've got going on. It's bad enough they're trying to divide us as people in this nation
