DEI McDonald's might as well go to grocery store buy your own food cook it. It'll be faster and better

The drive thru moves extremely slow to be considered fast food. This is my 2nd time going where i had to leave the drive thru and not get food cus i waited in line for over 20 mins without even placing my order ! Then inside they force you to use the self service machine and will avoid contact with all customers I would rate them 0/5 if i could

Went through the drive thru at 11:37pm. They wouldn’t take my order even though google stays they’re open 24 hours. The lady at the drive thru said they are only taking door dash orders. What???
The manager did not care to fix the problem whatsoever. He simply wanted to argue as to why he could not help me in any form, not even an apology. He stated those photos could be old for all I know, even though they were timestamp, and I even had a picture of where I was at the time in which I was at the restaurant and the timestamp on the receipt which he refused to look at… Serving raw meat is a HEALTH CODE violation. It should be treated as thus, but no instead I just got argued with and berated for even attempting to complain that they served me RAW meat…. how foolish of me. at this point, I think it’s just because I’m a woman because when my boyfriend went there to complain about an issue with the food, he got handed a bag full of food but me…. No just get berated as a whiny woman. How dare I expect fully cooked food… This is the same location. I’m also smart enough to understand. How an address works when he argued with me saying how do I even know you went to this location? He did not even look at the receipt, not even a little bit not even attempt he did not car…. He basically assumed I was running a scam because I’m just so desperate for McDonald’s burgers.

They served RAW meat . When I was on the phone with a very rude gentleman, he basically was trying to find any reason not to help me well here’s my receipt that you claim… I do not have because you said “oh a lot of people call up the store trying to do this” . yeah because I’m so broke I need to beg for food…. Worst customer service terrible McDonald’s location.

Food was cold on the way out, had to ask 4 times for the drinks we ordered, all the mobile order stations had issues or just didn't work, All the tables were dirty and the bathroom absolutely reaked of weed

i’m in the drive thru right now. i have had enough time to think about how long ive been sitting here, pull up the google maps app, and write this review. going to a sit-down restaurant will take less time. this place needs help

For the second time I have gotten over priced for my food and I’m starting to feel like yall stealing money! How one day I order a meal it’s 9.41$ and the next day I come back it’s 11.00$? And this the second time this have happened! ! I will not come back here again! And I’m telling everyone to not come either because yall coworkers are stealing people money!

Very clean restaurant, however the language of the employees was not.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was not chicken, and it looked like they threw each individual ingredient into the box at Mach 4. When I asked for a new one they basically said no.
I was taught that the costumer is always right but I guess not.

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I waited about 40 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. When I got to the pickup window, the person handed me someone else’s order. When I asked for my order, she hadn’t even listened properly when I gave my code at the drive-thru, and she said, “You can’t just skip the line like that,” even though I had already waited 40 minutes. That was very rude.
