Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Not sure who the night manager is there but I have NEVER gotten the correct food/order there. Today I pulled up and the line was out the lot, and they did not appear to serve customers. Long wait times, horribly inconsistent service, and a lack of care in general has lead me to recommend you just go to east broad. I understand they be busy, and many customers are asking for a lot, but I have never actually gotten my full order here. Will not eat here again after lunch hours, perhaps ever. Most of my peers would agree this is bottom of the barrel for a dining experience you expect to be average at best.

I was asked to pull up at one of the drive thru spots and wait for my order. The female comes out with my kids meal. I open the box thinking there were nuggets in it and I find Big Mac sauce where the nuggets should be.

One the better mcdonalds i have been to, or already this one has the best service.Table service inside is impressive, drive thru is busy but quick.Out of 4 times going here, they have only messed up my last order (via drive thru), where they did not include my 2nd order of fries.

If I could give this place zero stars, trust I would. The lady with the stiff ponytail that works nightshift is the rudest person ever. She has a nasty attitude. She literally didn’t want to give my friend OREOS? O. R. E. O. S. ?? She literally doesn’t get payed enough to go that hard for them Oreos… then proceeded to say she was going to slap me ?? silly desperate girl. Go to another McDonald’s! They give you Oreos when you ask for them ! Tuh.

We've been to the same McDonald's 3 days this week to get our daughter chicken McNuggets. We had the same cashier 2 of the nights. He was the worst cashier we've ever encountered. He messed up our entire transaction. We gave him a McD's gift card, and it was $2 left on it . The cashier threw it away. We told him there was money left on the card, and we'd like to have it back. He dug around in the small trash can right in front of us, and said he couldn't find it. He didn't even offer us any change back. We couldn't get anything settled, so we moved forward to pick up our food. We told the 2nd cashier that gave us our food what happened and he went and got a blank gift card and handed it to us. He to, told us they couldn't find our gift card . There was money left e but on our gift card. The cashier must have been high or something. He had so many facial piercings with a large hoop hanging in his nose..

Drive thru was faster than usual and they were busy. The young man taking our order was really nice and respectful however the girl givibg us our food had an attitude. We had to remind her about the sundae we ordered and there was maybe a teaspoon of hot fudge on it if that...but hey the ice cream machine wasnt broke tbis time..also the fries were soggy..wont be returning in the future

No way should any McDonald's be this slow or allow cold food to go out to a customer. If you don't have staff, close this location down or start offering higher pay to get a better quality of work from employees. Upper management is responsible for this sickening experience. The food tasted like hopelessness and disappointment. The food industry is DEAD. Anyone reading this, do not apply to this location or buy from here. Ramen noodles is better than this
