I can’t rate anything else because this is the second time attempting to order and no one responds. Sat in drive thru for over 5 mins and the best part it wasn’t busy I was the only car.

Who ever thought it was good idea to build this McDonald’s right by a crematorium was dumb because this is a fast food restaurant and I don’t think people want to be going through the drive thru or walking inside to dine in or coming out to their cars and seeing that. Because they cremate over size people like 400 or 500 lbs. Yuck ! That would ruin my appetite

Ordered On The Mobile App …Got There..Checked In…Waited 30 mins Til a So Called Fire Got Started….Waited Another 20- 30 mins After To Be Told That I Can’t Get My Food Or Refund And That I Have To Call Corporate To Get It (After I Saw A Couple 2 mins Before Me Receive Their Refund) It’s About 10 Days And Still No Money….McDonalds Robbing People Now?

If you want to meet the angriest group of people, this is the McDonald’s to visit. The employees act like customers ordering food are interrupting them from doing something more important. The customer service is terrible—if you don’t want to work, why choose this job?

And why is it a battle to get an extra sauce? If I’m paying $12+ for a meal, why do I get just one sauce and then have to fight for another? I can’t want a sweet and sour sauce for my Quarter Pounder too? I didn’t realize McDonald’s was taking the cost of sauces out of employees’ paychecks!

Oh, and to top it off, my nuggets were cold. Just an all-around terrible experience

If I could give negative star I would, employee are extremely rude!!!! They do not care about the customers what so ever. Corporate do better then get rid of these employees! This morning it was a manager being rude!
