The woman serving the food at the drive through yesterday was the happiest, most polite McDonalds employee I’ve ever met. I should’ve gotten her name. The person taking the order was great as well. The food was as fresh as could be expected.

I am submitting this complaint because my recent orders at McDonald’s have repeatedly been prepared incorrectly, despite me clearly stating my preferences. I specifically requested my food well-done, yet it continues to be made the opposite of what I asked for. On top of that, my burger has had onions added three different times, even though I clearly asked for no onions each time.
This shows a continued lack of attention to my order and creates unnecessary frustration. I expect my food to be prepared exactly as requested, especially when I consistently communicate my preferences.

So it's currently 5:30 AM, supposed to be open at 5:00 AM. People actively walking around inside, but no one will even acknowledge me. Just awkwardly sitting at the window while the person working here tries to act like I don't exist. Not the first time this has happened. Just fed up with it this time. I'm on my way to work, I gave them 30 mins this time. And still, the same. Look I get it, it's mcdonalds. But you guys have got to be better. Or update your time to account for dead beat employees.

The staff is usually pretty rude, the orders constantly wrong, but I draw the line at a long dark hair in my food. The girl in the drive thru at 1:30pm 11/25/25 was particularly rude. You don’t have to smile, but tossing a receipt at me without eye contact or saying a word is just rude. Photo pictures long dark hair in snack wrap.

They will deep sigh in the mic until your are completed with your order. Very unprofessional and when brought up to store management they didn’t care. Will charge extra for sauce but won’t discount meal if sauce is taken off? Make it make sense.
I usually frequent this location before work. It has been great for the last few years at least. Here recently in the last week I've been here twice, both times were horrible. It matters who you hire and it's not working out at all. First visit I ordered two biscuits and a diet drink. I ended up getting three biscuits and a regular drink. Not a diet as I asked. The girl who rung me up is half asleep and not paying attention and you can tell she doesn't care about anything.
My second visit today I ordered a number 4 combo for breakfast. Same thing. I can tell the girl taking my order and the guy who fulfilled my order don't care about anything. I pulled off without looking at my order. I did not get my hash brown with my combo and my sausage biscuit tasted like crap end up throwing it out the window. I took two bites of it. I don't know what they'd done to it. If I had time I would turn around and went inside and gave it back to him. I just took the $10 loss for it is what it is. I'm not going back until they hire some new people......

I rarely eat at any McDonalds, this one gets horrible reviews. But, I do stop here and other McDonalds occasionally to use the bathroom. They are usually clean, always on the same side of the building, so I know where to park, and that makes it convenient for a quick visit.

Ordered a sausage McMuffin for breakfast (no egg), but had this monstrosity delivered. The smell was so nauseatingly bad, I have no idea how this was able to make it into a to go bag unless the staff there really doesn’t care whatsoever.
