Ordered a sausage McMuffin for breakfast (no egg), but had this monstrosity delivered. The smell was so nauseatingly bad, I have no idea how this was able to make it into a to go bag unless the staff there really doesn’t care whatsoever.

The staff are so RUDE!!! Threw my food through my car window at the curbside spot after waiting 45 minutes for food that was ordered well ahead of time because they are always slow even when it’s not busy. The food was cold and the order was wrong. Bring it up to them and they roll their eyes and walk away. Worst customer service in all of Richmond.

Super slow and unprofessional just watched the manager hop off a laptop in the dinning area went staight to the back and started dropping food in the fryer bare handed no hand wash then he hopped on the burger making table and started making chicken sandwiches bare handed.i made them refund me I'll never eat here again
