The staff for the most part was very rude. No one was working the front. When I inquired about my food order I was told to step back as if there's some imaginary line that you cannot cross when inquiring about your food especially when the back is wide open. Unfortunately this McDonald plays up to the inner city stereotypes of fast food restaurants.

I went in yesterday for something to eat...Nobody is never at the register...Waited for 10 min...Everybody was so focused on the drive-thru...As soon as i walked out, you could see and smell 2 employees smelling just like WEED...And they didn't wash their hands

The food is not always fresh even when you ask for it to be made fresh. And also depending on the time of day, the staff is not always attentive or seeming like they want to do their job.

The McDonald's on Laburnum is trash sometimes and it's hard to contact store manager when you need to contact them with a complaint. They never answer the phones, unless they have the wrong number on there website.

We were asked to pull forward until our food was ready and they forgot our order. We waited over 10 minutes and went inside to find our food sitting on the counter as a pickup order. The wrong condiments were placed in the bag and the manager (an older lady) handed us the bag hastily without apologizing or anything. When we got home the food was barely warm because it had been sitting on the counter. Worst service ever!!

Just left from McDonald's on laburnum Avenue order a quarter pounder deluxe with an extra patty paid $13.00 dollars for order got a single without the extra 1/4 patty not cool!!!
