Placed an online order for pickup. I chose the drive thru but when I arrived the drive thru was backed up so I chose curbside. I sat over 15 minutes waiting for my food. I ended up going inside to get my food. The cups on one of my drinks was cracked. My bagel is hard as hell. I'm beyond pissed at this moment.

This particular location needs new management and employees. I Ordered through the app ,upon pickup at the drive thru I was told to park in spot #2 no biggie ,I understand being behind as I've worked in the food industry before ,but after waiting 10 minutes for my food never to be delivered to me ,I get out of my car to go inside and see what was what . Get inside and it's 8 other customers waiting for their food ,now at this point I've been waiting 30 minutes or so for my food ,one lady in particular comes out and gets everyone's receipt that's waiting for food ,she was amazing considering everything else ,when I finally got my food and hour later (it was already paid for ,the only reason I didn't leave),only to realize my sandwich was poorly made and wasn't what I ordered ,I usually don't post public reviews but this experience was the worst.

After today I will no longer be going to this location.It literally took them over an hour in the drive thru to give me 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry.They were not short of staff I counted at least 6-7 ppl in the back everyone that was in the drive thru had to come in to check on their order and the only person that seem to have any urgency to get ppl out was an older lady I think she was making the sandwiches.The manager walked from out the back with her eyes closed clearly high and the girl in the drive thru act as if she had an attitude like the customers did something to her.Oh yeah and lol a customer said he was just waiting on his frappe and the lady said the machine was broke and he said she's clearly making it now so obviously they be lying about the machine being broke.

This McDonald's @the corner of Meadowbridge& LaburmnAve n Richmond Virginia cross from the Richmond Raceway don't have anything didn't have any of the drinks I was trying to order @all,u wait n the line forever just awful & I live here but when the Richmond Raceway comes everything is running AOK,line is steadily moving & they have everything on menu why is that then when people r gone from raceway back to the old routine slow, nothing on menu(Pitiful)

This is the 2nd visit in a week and was displeased both times. They left pickels off the mc crispy and the 2nd time i had to wait and was forgotten. I only went because my granddaughter likes them and this location is close to her house. Never again. I will go out my way before I come to this location

It's McDonald's, but first, let me first say we placed a mobile breakfast order really late. When we got there, the order wasn't there because breakfast was over. Okay, so they said they would replace the breakfast items with lunch menu items ( I am guessing because they didn't want to do a refund). Well, we told them what we would replace the breakfast items with, and we added a separate order. We were asked to go to park in curbside. My second order came out first. I asked the crew member about the makeup order, and she said she had to go see about it. I waited a little better than 5 minutes, and I went inside. The employees looked at me, but it took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me. She talked to someone else about the order, and she "found" the order sitting by the fryer. Needless to say, when I got home, the orders were wrong. I didn't bother to take it back. Lesson learned. I wish I had taken pictures. By the way, why is the amount of lettuce given bigger than the burger itself.. WOW

Protocol is what it is I respect that but they apparently don't reciprocate respect back in terms of their customer's time. Food is usually decent at this location despite this unfortunate visit.

Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar at the drive through. They told me to park while they made it, then left me sitting there for 15 minutes. I went inside to get the coffee and they gave me one with no cream or sugar, so I had to go back in again to get that. All together took me almost 30 minutes and 2 trips inside to get my order.
