This is the worst McDonald's in world!!! The food is cold. I specifically ask my nuggets to be cooked to order but when I received them, they were so lukewarm. The order taker acted as though she didn't care. I've worked McDonald's for years and never treated people the way this stupid store does. I'm surprised the health department doesn't shut them down.

The service at this store is just ridiculous. They never have anything made and then it takes forever for them to make it. Just now I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a single McDouble. I pay for it and was told to pull up because they didn’t have one made. I sat there for 23 minutes and waited and they never came out to bring my burger. I just pulled off. I’m not coming back to this store anymore. It’s a waste of time

Don’t waste your time!
I stopped into this McDonalds heading back to NC and the chicken sandwich I ordered was old and fries cold. When I went in to use the bathroom there was a code on the door. I asked the person standing in the dinning room for the code and she told me I had to order first. I asked her wasn’t that a bathroom for the customers and she said again, you have to order first.
Customer service needs to be trained here.

Always a problem. Somebody is being rude while I was typing this. And it's late on my food.
They gave me the wrong coffee. I asked for 5 sugars/ cream, I was given black only. The English muffins could be toasted a little longer. The order clerk talks so fast I have to ask her twice to repeat the question when ordering, but I'm noticing that happens everywhere!!

Now to Dec 30th 2022 Today Sept 1 2025 girl wit long braid wear glass and skinny she got attitude I would like to speak wit the manager I did order my food and want order another order for my grandson she shut in my face her ugly attitude and need to be fired. She don't need to work there .. where the positive attitude and work esteem not be rude to customers..
