It’s sad cause you could order 20 mins ahead of people and you will still wait 20 mins to get your food. The people here are lazy, they really don’t want to work at all, it shows a lot about the fact that the customer service is a secondary concern. People who pay and order early can wait for when this store finally gets them their food.
If you ever want free food from DoorDash atleast half of everything you ordered they won’t give you especially if it’s anything frappe or milkshake related customer service is terrible , undercooked food , overall a bad place

This store should be closed down worst establishment I've ever stepped foot into in my life. Nobody wants to work , no customer service whatsoever. The workers were talking about how much customers were pissing them off to where we could all hear it. I definitely don't want people like that. serving my food.
