This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I hope management you are reading this. You need to hire all new employees. This is supposed to be fast food. I could’ve sat down at a five star restaurant and got served a five course meal by the time I could get through a drive-through at this location. it is God awful i’ve tried it about four times now it’s the same service every time I come to this location don’t waste your time if you’re on a lunch break

Ordered a spicy deluxe mccrispy meal, got to the first window and asked if they got the order right and if it was a spicy deluxe crispy because several times before I ordered the spicy and was given regular deluxes. Lady at the window looked at her screen and told me yes. I get to the second window and check the receipt and see that she put in that it was a regular deluxe. Their solution was to give me sauce in a separate nugget cardboard box. Even for a fast food chain this is abysmal.

This McDonalds should not advertise on. 295 because after getting off at the exit it's almost 4 miles away ....and there are numerous turns (they give you arrows and signs to make turns). Waste of time..not easy off/easy on

never received the order. Waited forever. Called the store 10 times. Talked to a girl that was delivering to another car and told her I didnt get my food. Then the manager came out and said I had to have the cell phone with me in the parking spot C or have them say I have arrived and in parking spot C I had already said I have arrived and in the spot. I waited for over an hour!!!! Never got my food!!!! Finally I went through the drive through and they said I had to reorder my food and I wouldn't be charged for the PICKUP ORDER!!! Well that was a LIE I WAS CHARGED FOR MY PICKUP ORDER!!!! SO NOW I HAVE PAID FOR 2 ORDERS AND RECEIVED ONLY ONE!!!! This is the worst place I have ever seen!!!!!!! Every single employee, including the manager, were extremely rude and not helpful at all!!! I really cant understand why this McDonalds can never get an order right or even get me an order!!!! When we got home with the food, the quarter ponders were chard and extremely dry and cold!!!! The fries were fine. So two order that we didn't get and uneatable!!!! The whole thing is just so unbelievable!!!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

None of the stalls had toilet paper. They were all clogged. We had raw fries. Friend got a burger and they were missing the actual burger patty. Hate this place so much.

First of all, the workers are very disrespectful and second of all their fries are always stale and cold and barely has any salt and when they make a Oreo McFlurry, they never stir the Oreos they almost never have any ice cream every time when I go there, if I didn’t have to leave a star on this review I definitely wouldn’t this McDonald’s is a zero out of 10 I do not recommend

had a terrible experience at this McDonald's location. Two BIG male employees at the pick-up window were extremely rude and unprofessional. They started yelling , claiming that my payment didn’t go through and demanding that I pay again. After double-checking my bank account, I realized they were lying and trying to pull a fast one. They were clearly trying to pocket my money. I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated, and I will never be returning to this location. It's unacceptable for employees to behave this way. Be cautious if you decide to visit!
