Been here over 10 times over 6 months and they consistently give you half the fries that your Large fry box holds. Must be instructed to do so. Expensive fries so the least you can do is put the base amount. Better to just order a small for the same amount. Cant get the app to work here once but works everywhere else

I will never understand why people can't be friendly instead of rude. I'm also wondering why they can't read and keep up with orders so when we get home we have what we paid for. We all need to walk in and throw our orders on the counter and demand a refund! Or maybe a manager could step up and get his people in order.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was either extremely overcooked or had been sitting for a very long time. It was so tough and gross I couldnāt eat it. First time Iāve eaten at McDonalds in a long time and now I remember why.

Young lady at the drive thru was AWFUL!! She gave me a minimum amount of ice cream in my sundae, and had an attitude when I asked if she could fill the cup up. This is the worst location on the east end. Iāll never go there again!!

0/10 would not recommend! Very rude. The lady had an attitude while I was ordering then was rude at the window THEN the second window got worst! I spent $10 on a meal and I asked for a sauce ā thatāll be 28 centsā so I said okay and she gone say ā and we only accept exact changeā like rude AS heck! To put the icing on the cake, the food looks disgusting so I wasted $10 today. Please donāt come here unless you want to waste money!

This is absolutely the worst McDonaldās Iāve ever been to. I hope management you are reading this. You need to hire all new employees. This is supposed to be fast food. I couldāve sat down at a five star restaurant and got served a five course meal by the time I could get through a drive-through at this location. it is God awful iāve tried it about four times now itās the same service every time I come to this location donāt waste your time if youāre on a lunch break

Ordered a spicy deluxe mccrispy meal, got to the first window and asked if they got the order right and if it was a spicy deluxe crispy because several times before I ordered the spicy and was given regular deluxes. Lady at the window looked at her screen and told me yes. I get to the second window and check the receipt and see that she put in that it was a regular deluxe. Their solution was to give me sauce in a separate nugget cardboard box. Even for a fast food chain this is abysmal.
