Overall, it was a good experience. I'm very particular about the cleanliness of a restaurant. I see that an employee was mopping in an area where customers were eating and he did caution tjem, however, I would have waited and blocked off the area for safety reasons. Safety signs were placed but the words were worn out. Overall the customer service was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend they improve on etiquette and safety protocol to keep employee and customers safe. Lastly, why is the logo on the McDonald's cup upside down? Not a good look.
Overall all of the McDonald’s I have visited in Sandston have been rather decent both in terms of the food quality, cleanliness, and staff friendliness.I hate to preface it with this, however: For a fast food restaurant of comparable rank, this McDonald’s is one of the better ones in greater RVA area — certainly one of the top ones in terms of design, in terms of food — none of my orders have had any major issues worthy to mention, especially since upon bringing any minor error to the attention of the staff resulted in its prompt and adequate resolution. This is one of the two McDonald’s locations I frequent in — spending long hours, and sometimes getting all of my meals from. I work remotely and it’s quite convenient to have many things I may ‘need’ during work hours so readily and quickly available to me, while having much fewer distractions compared to what I would have at home.Most staff members are doing their best day in and day out and it’s heartwarming to see (as well as motivating to do the same). A few seem a tad too moody most of the time I remember them, but maybe that’s just an unlucky coincidence that I met them only at their ‘bad days.’ (: (Afterall, we all have some of those happening every once in a while . (: )

Can I get fries with my salt… idk why I keep going back to this McDonald’s because the service is horrible & the food is even worst. I need for them to clean the French fry area asap because the amount of salt I keep getting on my fries is enough to kill a whale. Seriously you guys need to lighten up on the salt and you can’t report issues because no one ever answers the phone. This is my last time going to the McDonalds on Nine Mile Rd. Tear the whole building down & start over

I ordered today 01/24/2024 a Coffee Mocha Caramel size Medium and they gave me a horrible regular coffee. I paid $3.39 for a coffee that didn't serve and I bought 2 Mc Chicken and some medium fries and they only gave me 1 Mc Chicken, bad service in that place .

The service is good and I don’t want to be mean cause I understand that work can be frustrating sometimes but I was patient and I tried not to make a fuss I waited about 15 min just to have cold fries and hard bread ended up not eating it at all and it makes me a little frustrated cause I spent about 15 dollars just for me not to eat it I have been here a lot and this is the 3rd time this has happened and also with my breakfast burrito it’s always hard

EVERYTIME me & my family come to this one, it's ALWAYS a PROBLEM!! Two lanes are OPEN, but all of a sudden, yall want to BLOCK one lane off!!! That DON'T make ANY sense, ESPECIALLY when yall have customers in lane, waiting to order!! Yall DON'T realize, by doing that, NOT only are yall loosing customers, but yall are also loosing MONEY!! Yall DON'T communicate with yall employees, about what's going on either!! This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, nor run a business!!
