We highly recommend the Meat Wagon RVA to cater your next event. The brisket was especially tasty and so tender it could be cut with a plastic fork, really!! Our party guests were very complimentary. You won’t be disappointed.
Best brisket in RVA!! Make me change my mind and the meal is on me!Mike does this because he loves bbqing and not for the money - and it shows.If it's sold out, it's done for the day. He is not interested in "scaling up" to make the big bucks. I wish him the very best!
