I have been going to Mediterranean Bakery for over 30 years, even when they were on Horse Pen Road. They've changed with the times but there's still a wonderful resource for wonderful food
Absolutely wonderful. The staff is great and so helpful.
The food is marvelous.
Get not 1 or 2, but 3 bags of the pita chips made there. Better than potato chips, or even popcorn.

This place is a treasure. It’s one of our favorite stores in Virginia.
Be sure to try the musakhan — minced stewed chicken baked on a pita. I don’t know anyone else who makes this classic middle eastern dish. Also mujadra — lentils, rice and caramelized onions. And the spinach feta fetayer “pies” wrapped in dough. And Mama Saba’s spiced pita crisps, which they make themselves.
