I had previously bought my cakes there and they were delicious, the bad thing was the attitude of a man but that wasn't much of a problem, this January 26th I bought a cake for my supposedly 3-year-old son but it was very dry, it's unfortunate that they don't make it like before.😔

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I remember 5 years ago, this was THE place to get cakes for parties. If somebody mentioned Melissa, everyone would know it was going to be GOOD cake.. Now you get a totally different reaction The staff is friendly enough. They treat you with the bare minimum level of politeness. No more, no less The decrease in cake quality has been nothing but staggering. Tres leches cakes somehow manage to always be dry. They don't put the same effort on the cake decoration as they used to. I would shop elsewhere for cake if you have the option.

The staff at this bakery Melissa are irresponsible, I came to place an order for a cake for my daughter and then I came to pick them up supposedly and they had not done it for me and then they tell me that they did not take the order and the receipt that they themselves gave me is what real disappointment

My nephew and I went here didn't know it was a Latino business because of the name no one spoke or understood English not sure if it was Melissa who came from the back to help us she had to use her phone to translate what she was saying to us finally placed the order but no idea what she meant by saying the cake would be three milk... anyhoo will write update review once we pick it up on the 17th

The attention they give to the client is horrible. How could one come to ask them for a terrible bald man with a terrible attitude? He hangs up the phone on someone. He should take classes to serve people better or maybe they teach him manners. Terrible old man. If he doesn't want to work, let him stay. At home you sleep better but don't let it be like that with people because if it weren't for the clients you wouldn't see business. POOR OLD AROGANT

Horrible, don't trust them without a doubt they will be disappointed, I think one should always do the best they can but it seems they did it reluctantly here is what I asked for and the chambonada I received :( I would give them 0 stars but you can't apart from everything They serve reluctantly as if you were going to ask and not buy from them in general bad service.
