Yooooooo! Scrap CAVA, this is THE place. So much variety and BOLD flavors. Everything is fresh and delicious. The music here supreme - a blend of early 2000s non-annoying throwbacks and lesser known SZA? Come on; I’m dead. Service is great, too. A favorite spot for sure.

Terrible food, stale bread, cold meat, I would absolutely recommend you to get the food from somewhere else because authentic places are plenty around and if not authentic, Cava is right around the corner, 15$ for cold food is just crazy!

I went to get a bowl to go at the Midlothian Mezeh. First problem young lady didn’t unfortunately understand English. Second issue she called over the manager because I was ordering what I normally order double chicken kebab with a little of all the accompanying vegetables. The Manager said we can’t do that we can only put to the rim of the bowl. I didn’t argue, I just walked out. Because I am about to pay $17 plus tip for a salad and you are going to be cheap about the inside. I didn’t even complain when the young lady barely gave me the chicken on a double order. I usually purchase two or more bowls each order about $70 or so. Think about how much money you will be losing if customers stop coming!!! I know I am not coming back. Ps I really liked the salads!!!!

Very upset to only receive 1 of our 4 bowls we ordered with delivery. No way to call the store and the delivery app isn't refunding our order due to not being able to call the store to verify. I have to drive to the store to get this situation rectified which is a huge inconvenience. How do you leave off 90% of a $70+ order. The driver confirmed he only received 1 bag only, 4 of the bowls wouldn't fit in 1 bag so of course someone should have checked when handing the order over to the driver and knew it was a 2 bag order.
We did receive our pita bread and it was delicious. The 1 bowl was also delicious. The customer service is nonexistent which made me rate so low because missing 90% of my order is just awful.

Ordered 2 bowls online for pickup...immediately noticed that both bowls were barely half full, even though I selected 10 toppings per bowl + rice + protein. Spent $30 for only ~1 bowl's worth of food. Don't waste your time ordering online because you'll seriously get ripped off.

This place is a joke. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place and they’ve totally messed up my order. Had two bowls delivered and they didn’t include any of the sauces and the bowls are way too dry to eat without the sauce. So now I have $30 worth of food I can’t eat. Looking at their recent reviews and it seems like this place has a problem across the board.

Food was good but dang, they don't really supply the restaurant with any napkins or even listen to requests. I ask for 2 drink cups and i asked if there was a small cup for our young daughter. They just gave me two cups and 1 lid. I also said i pay for an extra pita but they didn't bother with even going to grab it. The drink station had a lot of "out" signs and there wasn't any napkins in the place. Its weird the food was fresh and tasted fine but the service was bad.

I used to love this place but the quality of the food has deteriorated at the Midlothian mezeh. Depending on what staff is working , the preparation of the food is horrible .. burnt eggplants , watered down dressings . And to top it off all some rude stuff . Every Friday evening that I visit mezeh I get serviced by this one girl with such a nasty attitude. I request up front that I would like extra dressing , I literally have to keep "a little more" 3 of 4 times to get the amount of dressing I want . It's just ridiculous !

Decided to order here for the first time and placed an online order with a few coworkers. When i received my food this is what i got, not even half full bowl… I left work on my lunch to have them fix it and when i handed the worker the bowl she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it and what was missing... What’s wrong is I paid 15 dollars and get a bowl that’s not even half way full. She tried using the excuse of me not having any lettuce in it but I’ve been to CAVA and Roots and have never had this issue. When looking at other reviews and seeing how full their bowls are and when looking at all my coworkers bowls which were full compared to mine you can clearly tell a huge difference in the amount of food. First and last time coming here. Below is an image of my bowl and how I received it and the other image is the bowl my coworker received.
