I called to ask a question the lady was extremely rude wow I highly recommend any other local bake shop I’ve had a cake from here before and it’s okay at best so why be extremely mean and have mid cake do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Just had a piece of your strawberry cake from the Oyster's Pearl here at Rockit Sports Gym. OMG!!! IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! It was way too much for me to eat in one setting.....but I did ? ? ?. Worth every penny. Good quality, moist, made like Grandma did it. Thank you for making my day!

Our local produce stand, Pole Green Produce, has been carrying an assortment of cake slices made by Michaela's Quality Bake Shop. These cake slices are delicious! We have had the coconut, strawberry, coconut pineapple, carrot, chocolate, lemon, and strawberry lemon cake flavors. If you are at Pole Green Produce and have a sweet tooth go ahead and pick up a slice of cake. Keep in mind these cake slices go quickly and may be sold out upon your visit.

Used to be great cakes but the most recent one I got just tasted like lard. All the guests commented on the cake reminding them of bacon. Lemon flavored bacon, probably won’t order another cake

I went for the first time today because of the awesome reviews and the long list of items on the online menu. I won't return. The cake slices, 2 pastries and the tiny cookies "were all made earlier in the week." this was on a Saturday and it all looked old. Eat there at your own risk.

Placed an order for birthday cake, said we could pickup by 2pm on Saturday (today). Earlier today, they called to let us know that the cake is ready. When we arrived, she showed us the cake. The next day, we had the cake at/after church and most of it was eaten and was able to bring some home for us. Evidently, this birthday cake was a hit!

They created a beautiful and delicious birthday cake for my mother and grandmother(turned 94 years old).

Mike sold out the bakery....Enough said!. Things have not been the same since he left. Even sold the recipes that he had too...But based on some recent purchases since his leaving, I would saw taste wise, its not the same. Go figure... Considering the prices not only should they take at least the same, but better. IJS... You have been warned. Can another person of color open a bakery in this area, so that we can get the products and service "we" are use to?

Let me start off by saying that Michaela's Quality Bakeshop is no longer owned and operated by the original owner, and the original staff has all been let go. That is the first, second, third through one hundred mistakes to begin with. Now, here comes my problem. On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, I went into Michaela's and put in my yearly birthday cake order. The counter lady asked when and at what time did I want to pick up my cake, I must say that she was as helpful as she could be given that she wasn't really aware of the different styles of cakes. I told her that I wanted to pick up my cake on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 3 pm. She said fine and not a problem. I arrived on Friday at 1:45 pm thinking that my cake would be ready because the counter lady told me that if I came by a little earlier than it would be ready. Well, what do you know? It wasn't ready, and the counter man who was there acted as if I had offended him by coming to get my cake that had been paid for in full. How about he told me that it wasn't ready and that I needed to come back....really? At that moment, this bakery had lost one of their faithful customers. I won't be back, and I'm sorry that the real Michaela's staff is gone ?
