I have been on the hunt for GOOD plain New York cheesecake since Carnegie Deli in NYC and their sister restaurant in VB both closed. I was devastated- I have not found anything remotely as delicious, but WOW I took my first bite of cheesecake from this bake shop and LEMME TELL YOU WHAT, I have officially found the best cheesecake in RVA, at least according to my own personal taste buds.
