I stumbled across this place after going to the Richmond Tattoo Festival. I ordered the Buffalo winds and fries and it was absolutely delicious. The wing/fries were a generous size that I could only eat five wings. Jeanette, Sabrina and Shante were very attentive and nice. I would definitely come back to try the honey sriracha wings. Keep doing a great job!!

Only place to eat at the Midlothian Doubletree. Located in the lobby and serves as a take out bar and restaurant during the pandemic. Service is xcellent and you can, if you want, eat in the lobby area but if you booked a suite better to do take out. 6 or so items on the menu with a different special each day Wednesday to Sunday. Friday is half priced bacon burgers which are quite good.

If I could rank it lower I would. A Sunday evening and literally was the only one here. I decided to order a steak because the description made it seem incredible (coffee crusted, etc). I ordered it medium rare and when it got to me it was cooked well done. I sent it back and got another one that was so freezer burned it was not even edible. I decided to order the pork chop and it took 20 minutes to get it and it was simply terrible. Obviously freezer burnt and not edible. Of course I still paid for it but honestly would not be able to pay me enough to eat there again. DO NOT DO IT!!

I saw a review that said not wheel chair accessible, not true. There are stairs, but also a door on side which has no stairs. Accessible for everyone. Lots of variety of good food! Great service and Great cooks

Service was great and food was very good. Crab cake sandwich was moist and full of crab meat rather than bread stuffing. Texas Burger was perfectly done to specifications. When it was first brought to table, the chef realized (not me) that it was served w a regular bun instead of Texas toast, as it was supposed to per the menu. The Chef apologized and immediately corrected the error and served it right w the Texas toast. That’s really good service. Key Lime was delicious and fresh.

I worked in the bistro, there are stairs so it's not wheelchair accessible. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, items are not the norm, we only have one meal that is vegetarian and no vegan or gluten-free specific meals besides the one vegetarian but I know the Kooks will always do their best to make food requests happen.
