The entire product is all very good and I have been there for a couple of years and this was the place where I always consumed but from today onwards I will not return to this establishment, the attention that the girl has is terrible, the worst service I can ever see.

When I asked questions about the menu, I was met with very rude responses from the employee. I don’t believe asking questions about basic items should warrant a negative attitude.
I don’t want to imagine what new customers might go through if they are curious about the items.
The food is good but service makes me re-think if this place is worth coming to.

The ice cream scoops get smaller & smaller. The price should too!! The girl scooped the wrong ice cream and when I told her she asked if we touched it, and then put it back in the ICE CREAM CONTAINER!!! That’s unsanitary! Especially since we walked outside with it & came back inside… Gonna think before coming back! This place was fair when they first opened, it gets expensive and you get less… sad sad sad

I bought 2 Oreo shakes today and they left them pure milk, it was more milk than Oreo

Last week my husband and I went for some strawberries and cream, the strawberries were dry and lacked cream, so we kindly asked the girl if she could put more cream on it and we showed that our strawberries were dry, to which she very rudely He told us that that was the amount he had and if we wanted more we had to pay an extra cost, the strawberries should be covered in cream and not dry as he gave them to us, definitely the girl who serves does not have a good character to do it and I was not at all friendly or helpful, they should hire staff with more love for their work and not frustrated people who only go for commitment, the place is good and their products too but their staff is not, this was around 2:30 pm
