Made reservation about a week prior our trip. It was my husband birthday and he wanted prime rib. So he picked this place. I ordered the mussels in curry apetizer, the mussels were perfectly cooked the curry sauce was not great. My halibut was mediocre, it tasted not so fresh. My husband ordered the prime rib and was served the ribeye a more expensive meat (almost $20 difference). He didn't send it back and said it was good. My daughter and her boyfriend order a $55 dish (meat was overcooked) but they didn't complain, so I'm assuming it was ok. We didn't order desserts, thought that they would suprised my husband with a small dessert and candle but nothing happened. The waiter was nice, new to the workplace as he told us. The bill was very expensive (only my husband had a drink). So, no I would not recommend this place.

Went here a few times over a couple of weeks. Twice was really good and once missed the target. The Filet Flight was my favorite out of all that I tried.

We were dining in for our four year anniversary as we always try a new place for each occasion. I am a big fan of all of Mr.Mikes chains and was excited to try this establishment. We entered in and the host was kind and promptly cleared our table and sat us upon arrival. We did not get greeted for at least ten minutes, we immediately ordered appetizers as we had been left sitting. And another ten minutes later with only waters on the table another server came over to greet us. After twenty minutes, one the second server should have approached us before that if he thought we did not have a server and the first server should have been back. Soon after the second server approached us the store/host stand calls us twenty-thirty minutes into our meal asking us if we are still coming? The communication seemed completely off, and it is very unprofessional to receive a call having already been seated. My husband had to wave at the host to show her where we were as she was looking around confused. I did not catch our servers name. But I could count the amount of times she came to the table on one hand, and the most attentive and personable she’d became was when she was receiving her 20% guaranteed tip. We did not get checked on at all for our appetizers and my Husband could not eat his salad until at least ten minutes later because the appetizer was missing the croutons as listed on the menu, and she did not promptly bring them back. We were waiting for a check back so we could have drinks, obviously we did not get those for twenty minutes of just sitting. In all of this experience the servers are just standing around, chatting with one another or with the bartender in pretty much every corner. Very unprofessional when we can look anywhere in the restaurant and see this happening. Then receiving our entrees the man who delivered them at least said he would be back to check if our steaks were cooked properly. He seemed to be the only server I saw doing a decent job, and the most experienced server. The manager came by and we asked for salt and pepper, and the server was just staring and only seemed intrigued with the manager at the table and rushed over. We then let her know that my partners steak was cooked medium well, instead of medium rare. As well as our potatoes being very very cold when delivered, as we were at least going to eat those while we waited for recook but could not. The manager delivered the recook and he was very kind and sweet and the only person who seemed to genuinely care. However, very disappointing the second steak much better and mash potatoes arriving warmer the Oscar topping on his recook was very much lackluster compared to the previous. My food by the time he got his was cold. I refused to eat in front of my husband on our anniversary while he had no entree because it was supposed to be a great experience for us to enjoy TOGETHER. The manager did 50% the recook, but for this whole experience I would not come back. The service was really disheartening. He has been a server for thirteen years, and me six so to say this really breaks my heart, but there has never been a place less deserving of a tip than this one. No dessert was offered, no next round, no check in’s, no conversation. You can tell this place really just expects the 20% and works for no extra, which when you work at a place that is splitting it among so many you would expect better work. It came to my knowledge he let them know it was our anniversary and no “happy anniversary,” no nothing was mentioned. At my establishment we do complimentary champagne or dessert, and same for his. We also make sure guest experience comes first and whatever occasion is acknowledged. We opted for another round of drinks and dessert at another location because the service did not deserve another penny out of us. Ruined the mood of our anniversary dinner and I really could not be more disappointed. I have never left a review anywhere, and my first one had to be this.

Brought my son here to celebrate his birthday, which also happened to have been Vday and it was just ok. We were greeted as if we were an inconvenience, but they went ahead and seated us. Lunch menu wasn’t appetizing at all. Our waiter was very timid and a little forgetful. I asked for a well done burger and it was burnt and dry. I wasn’t a fan of the collards and the Mac and cheese was mediocre at best. My oldest son had his bachelor dinner party there and they enjoyed. It was my 1st time and probably last.

A very nice place upon entry. I waited about 5 minutes to be seated b/c the hostess was out of sight w/maybe 1-2 parties already seated. No acknowledgment or sympathy for me waiting once she came to the front just business as usual by seating me.
I ordered the fried chicken w/2 sides. I also added a salad. Unfortunately, the salad was the best part of the meal. The fried chicken was overcooked with dry seasonings heavily poured on top. I picked through the chicken to find an edible portion. I had a few pulls of chicken that I dipped in hot sauce and honey and that was it. The mac n cheese and the greens were lukewarm. Not enjoyable either.
My guest asked about bread since it was never mentioned by our waiter. Bread was ordered by my guest which was also at a cost of $1 per piece which was about a 2 x 3 or smaller for 4 pieces. Once finishing our meal we waited patiently to request the check.
In the meantime we are watching the general manager clear our table asking if I specifically was finished. He cleared the plate of picked over chicken that I barely touched. He didn’t ask how was everything or greet us. It felt dismissive and rude. When he asked if a take out box was needed I told him to discard the chicken and bring boxes for the sides only. Definitely giving a context clue that I was dissatisfied with a portion of the meal.
GM comes back with the takeout boxes still nothing relevant said about the meal or thank you for coming in. Again business as usual. The entire time we were there I watched the GM and another manager greet and ask others about their meal definitely not us.
Finally our waiter comes back and we request the check. Somehow the waiter thought he should divide the cost of the bread between us both w/o asking.
As you can read this was the worst experience in a restaurant with the actual managers in house. The food was just as bad as the service we received.
Hopefully this review will get some serious consideration about how it felt as a customer dining at your Broad St location this evening. And a refresher on how you should treat all customers equally and respectfully.
Thank you for your time. God bless!

This was a total disappointment. Our steaks were tough and lacked flavor. The double chocolate cake obviously had been in the refrigerator; thus it was cold and not soft. The drinks were great. One hostess did not seem like she was having a good day and not very friendly. We notice the table in front of us told the waitress that the chicken looked old and sent it back. We should have done the same but were to hungry and tired to look for another place to eat. When it came time to pay, I noticed they had already included a mandatory 20% service charge plus a place for additional tip. When we asked the waitress about the service charge she said it was to help augment their pay. Really? As much as you charge? My final bill was $168.00, which I would not have mind if the food was good but it was poor. Final comment. Do not patronize this restaurant!!!

ML steak offers a wonderful dining experience with its incredible ambiance and expertly crafted drinks. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a night out. The food was moderately enjoyable, though the drinks and overall vibe truly stole the show. I’d definitely return for the great atmosphere!

Maybe it was the time of day. It was very slow for a lunch hour. I was there with employees for a holiday lunch. They had the steak which they enjoyed but was pretty small for $30. I had the burger which good and recommend the truffle fries. Overall it was ok.
Parking: Cheap paid lot across the street!

We were a party of 7. Server was good. The filet (requested medium) was dry and tougher and smaller than expected. I ordered the Allagash White draft, a wheat beer known for a it's foamy head and hazy color. Server brought me what looked and tasted like a pilsner. I drank a bit of it and asked the server to take it back and speak with the bartender. The server spoke with the bartender, who insisted it was the Allagash and brought me a full pour of the same. I sent that beer back because i know what an Allagash looks and tastes like and that wasn't it and ordered a different beer. I ended up being charged for both beers. $76 for a mediocre steak and mashed potatoes, beer that I sent back, and an automatic 20% tip. I would have given the 20% tip but didn't appreciate it being added automatically.

The steak was overcooked, and was less than Prime. It was flavorless, and tough. The Gluten-Free menu was LADEN with cross contamination. The crab cake was DRY, it was so dry it was hard to swallow. The crab cake was also somehow flavorless. The Mac and Cheese was the best part and it was not good, it was burnt and tasted like Kraft. Also, the Shirley Temple I ordered was just pink Sierra Mist, it tasted like plain Sierra Mist. This restaurant is not recommended.

Out of town and decided to visit the restaurant due the reviews and after waiting awhile they announced they had no chicken and had to run and get more. Mind you the restaurant was empty and it was 2pm. They were nice though to ask us if we wanted something while we waited.
I won’t be coming back here again, and frankly, I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. We arrived a little after 8 PM and waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. After placing our order, we waited another 20 minutes with nothing being served, not even drinks. For a moment, I wondered if I had somehow been transported to Europe. The filet mignon, served in three different styles, was all just varying levels of salty—salty, extra salty, and unbearably salty. It was like a wine tasting, with each one stepping up the intensity. I don’t know what the chef went through tonight, but I could taste their mood; it couldn’t have been pleasant.
Then, there were the truffle fries, which are typically hard to mess up, but these were the greasiest fries I’ve ever had. It felt like they were soaked in olive oil. When I asked about it, they told me they were drizzled with truffle olive oil after cooking 🤣. The cocktail? Oh my, I don’t even have the energy to complain about it… The server did replace the fries with regular ones, which, I must admit, paired surprisingly well with the overly salty steak sauce. Maybe I’m just someone who finds humor in misery.
When it came time to pay, I noticed they had already included a mandatory 20% tip—an interesting move, I must say. I get it, though. Might as well make the most of each guest.
