The pizza here is abysmal, it’s over priced and the “mega” size is more of a personal pan. Both of my pizzas were burnt and flavorless, not to mention overpriced. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll return to this location in the near future.

Unfortunately, I'm sitting waiting on an order I did by phone and repeated. I get here and order is wrong. Thankfully the young man with curly hair handled the new order but when supervisor I'm assuming was told she was nonchalant in my opinion. I normally would not post negatively yet this isn't the first time I've had issues here at this particular location so I don't think I'll return nor refer as I used to tell my fellow coworkers at my airline about Mod, but not anymore.

Beyond disappointing - twice I have ordered online and showed up at the time the app says it will be ready, only for them to not have even started. But I have really never been treated outright rudely before at a restaurant until today. When I asked about how much longer, the guy only stated “we can refund you.” I asked how long again, asking 5 minutes? 10? 15? I said I have a few minutes and I promised my kids! He pointed to another associate and said “she’s making it now”. I clarified, ok, but once she is making it, how long until it is done? I have to pick them up. He said 5-10 mins. So I said ok I will wait. Once that pizza gets in the oven, I notice it is not on a tray and gluten free should be on a tray. So I said “excuse me, is that my pizza?” He said no. So she wasn’t making my pizza at all. It would have been faster to just get in line and order when I got there rather than put in the order 15 mins ahead. People who arrived after me were getting their pizzas made. I could understand if they were busy, but there were 4 patrons and 3 employees (who were for some reason all wearing noise cancelling headphones and doing prep work). When I arrived, there were no pizzas in the oven at all. I said ok I need the refund then. No apology, no explanation on how I would be refunded, and I had to ask for a receipt. He let out a big “ughhh” and then proceeded to pull 20-30 bunched up receipts out of the machine and then throw them away before reprinting mine and handing it to me without a word. I am shocked I really have never had an experience like this before. My kids will be disappointed I couldn’t get them a promised pizza even though I ordered beforehand, showed up on time, reminded them, and waited an additional 10 minutes. When I left almost an hour after I had processed my online order, they still had not started my pizza.

I’ve been here a few times and the first time I was here was a bad experience but yet I decided to give it another try. My family and I decided to go here for dinner and yes it was a large order but the attitude from certain girls there are ridiculous. The girl who made our pizza’s was very sweet, patient, and respectful. She made it seem like it was going to be a good experience until I got to the end and the girl who boxed our pizzas up had a VERY smart mouth. It’s so uncalled for, I understand that everybody is entitled to a bad day but the way she acted she seems like the type to be rude any day. Can’t keep customers with bad customer service.

They're essentially the Subway of pizza places. The staff are really nice and all, the inside looks good, and the variety of toppings is good, but honestly, for what you pay, I'd go somewhere else. The pizzas are only up to 11 inches in diameter, which is not very big, and for $14, it's not great. They're rather stingy on the cheese. Ordering through the website, you can't even put extra cheese on, it's not an option, you have to put it in the special instructions box, and who knows how that will be interpreted or whether it'll actually be done, as so many pizza places will try and get away with not doing it. I had to keep asking for more cheese about 6 or 7 times at the actual station in the store in order to get what I would personally consider "extra cheese", and even then, there were still little patches where they wasn't enough at the edges. They also overcooked mine. A little leoparding is fine, but the underside may as well have been in the fire, because it was very burnt and the bitter taste soured what looked like it might have at least been alright. They make them very fast, which is a plus for people dining in, I suppose, but as a takeaway experience and at the price you pay, I would honestly rather get it from anywhere else.

I could tell they were busy with online orders but there were many conversations going on behind the counter not about work to where one of them could've asked my name and updated me on a time the food would be ready. I love this place. I get the Buffalo and blur cheese pizza. It's not on the menu anymore, but they still make it for me. I wish there was a closer location to me though. That's my only complaint

Mod always has the coolest staff, but this location was so friendly and welcoming! So nice, in fact, we decided to dine-in, which I have never done at Mod. The kids had a great time. Affordable and delicious, even on a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Vegetarian options: They have dairy free cheese and vegan & gluten-free crust options. I get the Mega-dough, might have egg in that one, but it is dairy-free and the biggest option.I get mine with NO cheese.They have veggie options like Atrichoke hearts or mushrooms, but as long as you get herbs I think vegetarians would be thrilled.Fresh basil, I think, dried oregano and rosemary.
Dietary restrictions: Tell them your preferred diet and they are knowledgeable on what you can eat at each location I have visited.

I enjoy eating at Mod Pizza. You can order a mini pizza (individual size)to a large pizza. Selecting what you want on your pizza is easy because the meats, cheeses, and vegetables can be seen through the glass. Mod Pizza is always clean, including the restroom, and the employees are efficient. Plus the pizza is tasty.
