Sunday Brunch. I’ll start with the pros: the honey j*** chicken pizza was really great. The flavors were immaculate and their mimosa pitcher was a great deal. I also appreciate our server. We did not have a reservation in advance but 2 of our friends got to the restaurant 10 minutes before us to gauge the wait. We were seated at around 2:45 pm and it was after 4pm when we started receiving food. There was another large party of 20 seated before us (our party had 8 people in it). I asked our sever for a status on the food around 3:54pm and she told me the party of 20 was ahead of us and that there was more than one chef. I understand that was probably a lot on the staff however the menu isn’t large and again the party of 20 was there before us. They actually received their food about 3 minutes before we did. At 4:51 pm members of the party of 20 were still receiving food. It almost seemed like the chefs were off and started cooking everything at once…The pizza was great, I shared it with my boyfriend (but after the long wait I wish I had gotten my own because it’s personal pan sized). Two of my friends received their omelettes with cold potatoes. One of them had to send their meal back after they got it back because their omelette was over cooked and the potatoes were still cold. I’ve ordered to-go from here one other time (honey j*** pizza). I distinctively remember hearing the same song being played at least 3 minutes and the more upbeat selections didn’t play until we were leaving. I don’t think I’d return to dine in here.

Mommiana’s Dough is the spot to be in any day of the week (Weekends especially) It’s definitely a whole vibe in there great music, happy hour fish bowls & $6 pizzas during the week. . . Me and my girls went there this weekend and everything was great the servers & bartenders all were so polite and helpful and didn’t mind getting anything I needed even though they were so busy. I would definitely recommend this as a place to party & a place for good food 5stars from me

I sought to order from thus establishment due to it being the only Black-owned pizzeria in the area. Please don't be fooled like I was, this is NOT a restaurant, it's a club. The pizza was tiny, cold, and rather distasteful.Placing the order was tedious, as thePOS system was delayed, which gave me and the host time to chat over the phone. Never did she mention the small size of the product.Bottom line, don't order food from here. Don't order anything from here, you'll be more disappointed than a butcher at a vegan market.

SMH NEVER AGAIN. GET NON FAMILY WORKING IN THERE AND LET THE FRIENDS WORK ELSEWHERE. ALSO THERE;S ALWAYS AN ALTERCATION THERE, VERY RATCHET WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS U WANT TO BE SHOT.
Drinks are decent. Pizza is overpriced for the size. Customer service not the best. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend.

Came here for the brunch and it was amazing. Our server was extremely friendly, the food treated great. I definitely recommend the waffles and the chicken. I'm from out of town but if I'm ever in Richmond again, I'll be sure to stop by for that Sunday brunch!

Vibe, Food, & Drinks are all on point. Staff is super nice- Asia and Brea are awesome and make delicious drinks. You have to try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, will be back on the reg!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! I would give this place zero stars. The hefty doorman was grossly discriminatory towards lgbtq people last night. There was a huge crowd of queer people who were standing in line to get, but were repeatedly told they had to wait, while countless other people were let in in front of us. He did not give a reason and even walked off at some point. This is very disappointing, especially since I have visited this establishment once before and had a great time. Once again this .was GROSS queer-phobia.
