Best place in RVA for Breakfast
We got here at the end of the breakfast time, but that’s what we wanted. We were not disappointed, I had the biscuits and gravy with a pancake (ya gotta try the pancakes) everything was very good. Sorry I was starving and forgot to grab a picture, but as a biscuits and gravy connoisseur, this was on point.

Solid breakfast spot with personal mimosa.
Great tasting mimosas with some of the best pancakes in Richmond.
Great service. Parking can be hard to find.
Will definitely return.

We were greeted at the door by friendly staffers. I think they are the greatest thing about this little cafe.
We cook a-lot of breakfast at home, so when we do go out, our hopes are high. The hot chocolate was great ( Swiss Miss). The coffee was pretty good too. The table & silverware were clean. We shared a pancake (4) meal ( eggs & sausage). Very large portion but sadly it was nothing special at all.
The staff was super friendly taking orders, serving, and keeping the coffee coming. They really are the best part!
It was our first visit and the dining area looked in need of a deep cleaning. The floors were sticky & stained, and just dirty looking. There were food splatters on the walls & around the outlets in our booth. It just didn’t look or smell particularly fresh. (Reminded me of the 24 hour diners, right before the next cleaning shift). The kitchen however, looked neat & organized. That was a good sign.
We won’t be back but some elbow grease & soapy water and a few recipe tweaks to the Pancake meal and they’ll have a winning combo!

My food was cold. Biscuits tasted like they were made days ago. Only thing fresh were the eggs, but the server was really nice.

Great food every time I've been. My one and only complaint is that their booths are terribly uncomfortable, by the end of my meal my back is hurting. I'll be back though cause they got me hooked on their pancakes and omelets. Good vibes too.

I recently visited Moore Street Diner and ordered the Moore Street Big Breakfast with a side of sausage gravy. Unfortunately, the experience was a mixed bag. The hash browns were soggy, and the biscuit and gravy were just meh. On the bright side, the bacon was crispy and delicious. However, the sausage was overcooked. The eggs were cooked to order. The highlight of the meal was definitely the grits – they came with a ton of butter and were quite tasty. I noticed that the pancakes are highly recommended, so I would consider trying those next time. The service was excellent though, so that was really nice.
