We used mosaic catering for our wedding, and I would not recommend them. Our tasting with them was lovely, and the woman we worked with was very helpful, up until a couple weeks before our wedding this past fall. I know fall is a busy wedding season, but we weren’t able to get our finalized invoice until the day before our wedding, as we were packing up to leave for our rehearsal dinner. The Mosaic team recently catered a wedding at our venue for the first time. They were super friendly, very professional, and followed all guidelines expected of them as the caterer that night. The food was wonderful and the couple and family that hired them seemed very happy with their service. We'd welcome them back again and again!
