While there was some account team turnover, everyone was incredibly patient and professional throughout the contract review process, quote building, and all of our adjustments along the way. John was especially thorough, kind, and a pleasure to work with. The entire team truly helped bring our vision to life—especially the amazing raw bar during cocktail hour—and executed every detail flawlessly.

I met Missy by chance, we were booked for a tasting within a few days. When we arrived there was a personal sign, drinks, and large portions. We booked with Mosaic the next day. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Mandie was incredibly easy to work with- organized, responsive, and always professional. She and her team brought a level of polish and creativity that truly elevated the event space. Their attention to detail and service was top-notch. Where to begin? Mosaic catered our 85 person Wedding reception. I will say the guests raved about how good the appetizers were at cocktail hour.. Unfortunately I can not give my review first hand as the caterers did not bother to save any for the bride and groom.
a few people did not show up (as expected) and we over ordered so, there was PLENTY of food. The BEST MAN was not served dinner. This was a plated meal, not sure how that happened?
We had a guests with a pork allergy. To be extra safe we requested NO BACON on any of the entrees just to make sure we were in the clear. Imagine our surprise when there were bacon bits on all of the chicken. The steak was served Medium at the tasting.. it was served almost rare (cold) at our wedding. most guests didn't touch the steak.
We requested all beer be served in a glass because it was a black-tie event and we didn't want beer bottles in our pictures. (They did not honor our request). I had custom drink charms made for cocktail hour. (They did not use them). We had custom toothpicks for the grooms drink. (They did not use them.)
We had different flavors in each layer of cake and asked Mosaic to serve each layer so the guests would have options in flavors. They ignored our requests and sent us home with the top layer of cake.
Tim (our contact) was very kind at our first meeting. However his demeanor completely switched once we did our 45 day walkthrough. He seemed annoyed and irritated to be working at all. He only wanted to give input to things that had NOTHING to do with the catering i.e. (lighting, traffic etc..) If you are a detail oriented person this is not the place for you. If you thrive off of inconsistency, irritation, time blindness and unprofessionalism.. I can't recommend them enough!
I can't imagine other events are run this poorly. If so I feel like Mosaic would be out of business. I wish them the best. But, some serious training needs to be done internally.
I do want to shout-out the bartenders they kept the drinks flowing and didn't seem to get backed-up.
