Didn’t smash the burger so it was literally just a small sphere of overcooked hamburger in the middle of a bun. Fries completely unseasoned. Would rate 0 stars if I could, this location needs oversight

Terrible. My burger was cold in the middle, the fries had absolutely no salt and were also cold. Would give 0 stars if I could. 1000% disappointed
This is not an actual storefront for you parents taking your kids there for the whole youtuber thing like we did. This is a ghost kitchen. So, just be aware in case you were expecting something more.The burgers were luke warm and the flavor was mediocre, at best; especially considering the cost. That being said, I'm certain you are paying for the youtube name recognition, and less for the food. We had the beast burger, chris burger, karl's style. The fries were tasteless and soggy.In Richmond, there are any number of places to get a much, much better burger for a more reasonable price.I can't see this lasting long if the food maintains the same flavor, temperature, and price

So I ordered from Mr beast burger for my daughter because she have been going on a on about Mr beast and she loves his YouTube so I finally gave in and order her some and she said the food was OK she couldn't taste the meat the fries where ok and her can soda was a Pepsi which was well a can pepsi...however that night she was paying for what she ate her stomach was hurting and she had to run to the bathroom not one or twice BUT multiple times that I'm sure it was from the food bc beside her normal breakfast she only ate from here and couldn't stomach anything else the rest of the night she is disappointed being thats she's only 7yrs old
