this ice cream was really good, definitely a huge portion size, as it should be because it was kind of really expensive. there's also no where to sit inside so you just kind of have to fight for your life outside, which is really only bad if it's the dead of summer in our impending climate doomed world

I've gone to this place for about 2 years. I have had multiple birthdays. The ice cream they make it right in front of your and you get to add what you want. like other ice cream places there are flavors and they might not be the flavors you want.

Website and Google said that they opened at 2 pm we waited for 45 minutes No one was there. We saw there was bushes in front of the door and so we called, no one answered. we called them again and nothing happened my kid was Very bummed and me because it was her first time being there.

My daughter has a gluten allergy and they gladly made her ice cream on the clean unused plate. Great service! It is a little pricey but it’s an unique experience and worth a try.

They have good ice cream. But I showed up at 2:30pm and the shop was closed.. It says they are supposed to be open. It sucks to make the drive and also to tell your wife and get her excited to just disappointed both of us..
Only place I could find in or near Richmond that does rolled ice cream. If you haven't had it it's delicious and definitely worth trying. They also do classes where you can come in and learn how to do it yourself with your family!!

This is my first time at NarWhals and it did not disappoint! The two staff were quick to answer my questions and explain the science behind how the ice cream is made. I got the small size (which is huge) with heath and Reese's cup, it was soooo good. My partner and I loved how thick the ice cream turned out and there was barely any melting so it lasted awhile. Our only complaint is no seating inside or outside, but there are some steps outside that we sat on and it worked fine!

This was such a fun experience! I guess when you know you have a good product and your menu is confusing, you don't go out of your way to fix it? It was genuinely delicious and we all enjoyed the ability to create something unique. The service was good but the staff weren't very talkative. Maybe it was due to the immense concentration to creating such cool desserts? Overall, it was yummy.
