O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

My family and I went for our Friday Dinner.It was one of the best dinner experiences we have had in a while the food was delicious and I cannot tell you what a great server we had if you want to go out enjoy your dinner and have a great server with a great personality who did a most excellent job with our table. I recommend you go to ocharlies on Forest Hill and ask for Naynay and you will be treated right.

Service was absolutely horrible. The waitress got mad because we asked for a different drink because the tea was not to our liking. Before leaving the table, she threw new straws at us. Upon her return, she placed my drink far away from me on purpose. The next thing we know, another employee comes over to say what is the problem? How can she help us; yet, we had not complained. So the waitress had to have gone to her to express her frustration, not ours. We didn't ask for a manager nor had we complained. We. were just at the table laughing. We explained to the new employee that we didn't like the taste of the drinks and simply asked for something different. The new employee said no worries, she will take care of our table and she will talk to the rude waitress and make sure she doesn't come back to us. The rude waitress then goes to the table next to us, slams the serving tray holders and clashes the other peoples food on the tray. The new employee now experiences the rude waitress' unprofessional behavior and tells her to stop acting in that manner. The rude waitress continues in anger and totally ignores the new employee as the she tells her to go to the back. The rude waitress continues to toss and clash the next tables food and stands there like I'm not going anywhere. The other/new employee has to like push her off of the floor. About 5 minutes later, the rude waitress comes back to our table to say the food will be out shortly. Now remember, she was told not to assist us any longer. After all of the commotion, we no longer had words for her. So, we all sit at the table with a blank stare like why are you even here?? She then gets rude again and says, the food will be here shortly what's the problem. Now, I'm not even trying to hide any angry faces and this rude, unprofessional waitress swiftly approaches me, posts up in a very threatening position and look and says, is there a problem?! Now, I'm about to go way left. I tell her to get away from us and she stands there like, what?! To keep from being on WorldStar, I see a manager, I jump up to tell him what has happened. What is not going to happen and how shock and totally threatened we are. He apologizes and says he'll talk to her. I go back to my seat. Little miss rude is still serving other people like nothing has happened; as if this is the norm for this establishment and she is totally not concerned. All of this as we are celebrating a family members 81st birthday and had to wait for food for an hour with all of the other tables as there was only 1 cook in the building!! I asked for the owners info. I was given an 800# to call corporate... And I will because she definitely does not deserve a job serving the public. Not satisfied at all!! I didn't even accept my food. Who knows what she did to it!!

With a big birthday party ahead of three of us, the service was slow and the food was served warm, not hot. The bill was wrong and they charged an extra $0.99 to put a few onions on my salad. A very dissatisfied experience.

Kim is so amazing,nice, wonderful and she is very affortable if you can’t find anyone to go to she is the one you need she makes you feel very comfortable i will recommend her to go to she is great

The Lousanna Sirloin is beautifully seasoned! My favorite steak.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I have had. Me and my two boys sat down around 5:30. It took over 10 minutes to even be addressed and have our drinks order, 6 minutes later our drinks came. I ordered a side salad as an appetizer which took 30 minutes to appear. The host was in training and still learning how to rotate the servers which ended up making our server have poor service. 45 minutes later our food comes out. Not once asked about refills or how the food was. The manager Sean was able to get us settled with our drinks and had to go find our server for boxes. We will not be back!

Good food, smooth atmosphere, the bartender Tynisha is the best. If u have her she'll make sure you enjoy your time, plus her drinks are amazing..make sure to go when she works you'll have a great time.

We ordered 5 steaks. All were wrong. They were taken back twice and still had to be returned. We waited an hour between our salad and our main course. My 9 year old says “this is worse than hooters pickup” the side items for our kids meals were completely wrong. The manager came over and asked if we were missing a meal, no apologies for the fact that every meal was wrong. But hey free pie fixes it right?!? And the frozen margarita was a snow cone. This is not our first experience at this restaurant. All of which have been terrible. As much as we love ocharleys, we will not be visiting this location again.

Friends and dined at O'Charleys on Southside. The waitress showed great customer service. she served our food with a smile. The food was delicious. my friends and I enjoyed ourselves. We will come back again soon

Had a great lunch with my daughter. We both ordered salads and they were delicious. Our waitress was Lina and she was very friendly and professional.

Food was great, service was ok. Came on a Monday. Nice spot
