The food was really good when the new location first opened, but who knows if it still is? I have tried to order three days in a row and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. When I try to order online, the website malfunctions and says my designated time is taken by the time I get halfway through placing my order. I'd love to try it again, but it's just not worth the hassle to order when you can't even get the food at the lunch hour.

My company uses Olio for almost all of our work lunches. So I have tried every sandwich on the menu... and I haven't had any I would choose to try again. The bread is so dry and powdery it gets everywhere, and it seems like that's most of the sandwich. On one sandwich the mozzarella was dry and rubbery, on another the greens were wilted and stinky.
