I use to go to Olive Garden all the time. I haven't had it in years so when I went, I was excited. I did carry out than the service was wonderful. The quality of the food was not good. It's like the taste was not good. Im Sure it not the specific location, it's just they fell off big time in my opinion

I go to the one on West broad street.And they are so wonderful there.ISO love it.The food is delicious, it's cooked well.The service is awesome. And every time I go I dine in and I always get to take some of it with me salad is on 👉 is my favorite there lasagna yum

I like that they have gluten free pasta option. I got the shrimp scampi with gluten free pasta and it was surprisingly good. Salad delicious as always.

I hadn't been to this location in a few years. I swear they upgraded the inside lol. It felt clean and open. It was during the week (maybe a Wednesday?) so I didn't expect it to be too crowded and it wasn't. The manager came around to check on us before we even placed our order. Waiter was attentive and friendly. The appetizers took a bit longer than expected to come out but everything was good. Wife tried the new buccatini noodles and wasn't a fan (too thick) but the new spicy sauce was good. My chicken parmigiana was delicious as usual. They had some decent $6.50 cocktails. Not strong but good for the price. Overall a good experience!

Terrible Food , Terrible service goto the one across town if you want to enjoy your dinner very disappointed !!!!

I was so satisfied with the service there. When we got there, a nice lady held the door for us and greeted us kindly. Out waitress was very polite and nice. The foods were all delicious. An another person came to ask us to make sure what allergies we have. I was relieved because I usually get worried if the chefs know about our allergies even though I tell the waitresses.
The seats were comfortable and the atmosphere was nice. Everyone was so friendly and polite. I have never experienced such a great service in any restaurant in America. They made me want us to come back to Richmond just to visit there. Thank you!

Surprisingly calm for a Wednesday night. Melanie was super nice and really available throughout the meal. All of the staff was kind and welcoming. We love the food here.

Edit: We have continued to have great experiences here! Our server tonight Tobias was great and offered us refills on drinks, soup, salad, and bread sticks frequently! The special bucatini on the menu was really good too!

We had Kendra as our server. She was super nice and funny! We had a great time and the food was good. They're doing really well to keep things clean with Covid-19.
