Went our whole first round of soup with out refill. Had to wait for appetizer after we had finished our salad and 1bowl of soups. Ate entire appetizer without refill. Finally came with second bowl, however we drank it pretty quickly so to being thirsty and waited with the light on the table monitor flashing for almost 10 min before server came. Just poor service

The salad and bread sticks are always good. The Stuffed Ziti Fritta and Toasted Ravioli's are wonderful. I had the Stuffed Chicken Marsala which was good but too salty.
Our waiter was awesome. Very personally and great with kids. The Belini Peach Raspberry ice read was really good.

Walked into the establishment; was greeted well. However, the person who sat us was more interested in making conversation and answering her unnecessary questions instead of listening to our seating request.
The server wasn't rude. However, when we informed her, part of one of the dishes wasn't any good, and the plate was under halfway eaten; I explained the steak was fine, but the pasta simply tasted bad. The server suggested ordering a separate Alfredo pasta side at extra cost to me. I was also expecting another side of bread sticks to finish the meal, and the server even stated they were in the oven just for her to still never bring them. I had to ask for to-go boxes more than once; I also asked for to-go utensils and never received those. I checked out at the table POS system, waited for her to ring in the side pasta before doing so just for her to still never bring the pasta I had to pay for to compensate for the bad tasting dish.
The server was not interested in making sure we had everything mentioned. If anything, I felt rushed to order and pay most of the visit. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, this was not the way to provide service, and as a customer who just wanted to enjoy dinner with my family, I was highly disappointed.

Update: Recieved a response from the company and management. They did their best to make the unfortunate experience better. The understanding response was appreciated and I've increased my rating.

Showed up about 6:45, zero wait time, which was unexpected. Great food as always. The problem was that we ordered calamari, and they had apparently run out, didn't tell us, and we had to ask where it was when our entrees came and we still hadn't gotten it. Had to order something else instead, which ended up coming after the meal.

Very nice, cozy, restaurant with adequate parking and an extensive menu with a lot of meal choices. Friendly personnel will help you choose. The food service varies with how many guests they have. It is a large restaurant. While all of the food tastes good, it is somehow “middle of the road “. Good, but not memorable. Children are welcome and it is handicap, friendly.
