This was probably my third time at this location and our waiter. Peter was awesome! We went very late on a Thursday night. We had less than an hour before the kitchen closed. He was super friendly and did not rush us at all. He even told us we could stay as long as we want it because they had a few other parties in there anyway lol. The food came out great and we enjoyed ourselves.

The Outback on West Broad Street in Richmond, Va gets HIGH PRAISE from me tonight. I came in to have lunch with my dad and when I tried to leave, my car wouldn’t start. I had help on the way but it was going to take hours for them to arrive. The staff at this location went above and beyond. They accommodated us and made sure that we were okay while we waited. We literally were there for a good 5-6 hours. The staff here is amazing and a god send. If I had to break down anywhere…I’m glad it was at this location. Amazing food, incredible staff. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I wish I could rate higher but it stops at five. I would easily give them a 100! Thank you again for EVERYTHING today.

Received 2 take-out dinners; 6 oz sirloin steaks, baked potatoes, salad. The food was very good, steaks were cooked perfectly to medium. Fast service during pickup, excellent communication via text messaging. Special instructions for no butter on one steak were followed and the container was tagged.
Door dashed while in town. Food, as expected from Outback, was amazing. Eating it with a pair of scissors I had in my suitcase was interesting. Silverware and napkins would have been nice, but it still tasted great. It seems like a little mistake, but it affected the meal drastically.
