We went for an early dinner. The place was a mess, tables were full of dirty dishes. Food and napkins were all over the floor. It wasn't a great walking in experience. I figure they will get to cleaning the areas, I guess a rowdy lunch crowd. But we sat down at one of the only cleared tables, I saw it. There it was a dead fly. Death by food poisoning maybe? That was it. We left. I don't under how the ratings are so high for this store. I scratched this place off of the list.

Lauren, the lovely woman who sat us, was so sweet off the get go and had us laughing before we even got to the table. She told us we would love our server Space (apologizes if that’s the wrong spelling) and we absolutely did. She made sure we were taken care of and everything we ordered was perfect. They were both so so sweet and we truly enjoyed our experience!!

We were just looking for some good ole food for our day date and decided to try Outback. That was our first and last time trying it! The service was slow. The waitress didn't seem to care whether she got a decent tip or not. The food was just okay at best. Definitely not worth the $97 we spent. Overall, just not a good experience.

We’ve dined here multiple times, each time our experience has differed. However, I will say each time we’ve had to pleasure of receiving Micheal as a waiter we have left happy- he’s extremely attentive and detail orientated, the outback steakhouse team should be happy to have him.

I had the pleasure of going on a "Mommy and me" outing with my son. He selected Outback after service on Sunday. I wasn't thrilled about his choice as it was a Sunday after church and I Imagined that the crowd would've been hectic to say the least. I went along with his choice and by the end of our outing I was glad that I did. He loved the "chocolate bread" :) and blooming onion as those are his faves'. I had a ribeye meal and TBH initially my meal wasn't the way that I requested it to be, But the level of service and attentiveness to my issue was nothing short of Amazing. Ray who happens to be the owner came to the table and asked my preference with my meal and gave his personal guarantee that it would be corrected, to my liking. Chris (who was our waiter) also was extremely apologetic for the mishap as well. Ray and Chris went out of the way to correct my meal and ensured that I was satisfied before we left the restaurant. Great Job to the both of you guys. What a way to earn and retain my business as a conscious customer. We will be back. Thanks again Fellas
