I came here after a 12hr shift so excited to eat with my boyfriend and from the host to our server and everyone working it was FANTASTIC. That all happening about an hour or so before closing too! Our server Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and packed up some bread for us to take home WITH fresh fountain drinks too. She really made our night and you can tell it's a lovely crew from the collaboration everybody has. We've been here many times before and it's always lovely and this visit was no exception. The food is exceptional but more importantly so are the people. Thank you to the Outback crew! Y'all rock :)

Shout out to the girl And the team who took my to go order on 12/11. Order 166. I had a little stomach bug and I ordered a baked potato. I also wanted a roll, but you couldn’t order that online. But girly Hooked me up with some rolls. Now I got a plain baked potato, some bread and butter and some ginger ale. And I can go recover. Shout out to you guys for hooking me up. A raised to this girlie! A promotion too. Give her The Keys to the city of Richmond! I hope when you go home tonight, both sides of your pillow stay cold. I hope when you wake up tomorrow, you wake up Fully refreshed and like two minutes before your alarm actually goes off. You deserve it, queen. You deserve it!

Friends Jose, Liz, and I frequent the Outback Steakhouse at 7917 W Broad St, and our visits have consistently been first-class. The bottom line is that the food is great, and their staff is excellent. Today’s visit(11/12/25) inspired yet another five plus star review. Fortunately for us, this was the first time that we experienced the undeniable customer service skills of Lauren B. She listened well (got our entire order correct), personalized our needs (steaks were cooked perfectly), provided quick yet thorough service, was quite responsive, accommodating, funny, warm and super friendly. She literally brightened my day. Great job, Lauren! Seriously people, check out this amazing restaurant, and ask for Lauren.
Last night, my daughter and I stopped in after a very bad experience to a restaurant prior to it. The staff didn’t even know our situation. They treated us with such respect with even the floor manager, escorting us to our table and have an amazing conversation. Then our waiter showed up promptly with our drinks had a great conversation with him. He was able to juggle all of his tables with approximate time. We told him the story of what had taken place and what bad service we just Received at the first location in. Even getting sympathy and empathy from our past experience. no, we weren’t looking for that, but it was nice to have someone listen and understand on the Restaurant side we will be returning because the amazing food and the amazing atmosphere and the staff thank you so much
