Chicken was served cold and looked like it was barely cooked. My fries were greasy and undercooked. Basically an inedible meal. Service was fine but the food was disgusting.

We went on a Sunday night. It was kinda busy. We sat there for about 14 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. We knew what we wanted so we ordered our food also. No smile she wasn't friendly at all. We sat there for another 20 minutes before another waitress asked us if we wanted bread. I said please and thank you. Finally something. Another 20 minutes before our food. My plate was the only thing that was hot. My sweet potato wasn't done so the butter didn't melt. I got full up off of the bread because the main course wasn't good or fresh. I was highly disappointed at the service and the food. The last time I visited EVERYTHING was on point the food and the service. Will Not be back again. Maybe it was because we went late. Not sure but won't be back. Our waitress was the one with piercings on her face and glasses. Also I asked for chocolate cheesecake and she gave me raspberry which I didn't see until I got home. Not happy at all. I had to ask her for stuff. She NEVER asked was everything okay if we needed anything. I had to wave her down for anything I needed which took about 5-10 minutes to bring back.

Listen up future OutbackSteakhouse patrons. Their 2083 Huguenot Road location is terrific. Go there; you’ll love it! It would be downright unfair of me to leave unmentioned my ten-star experience there on Presidents’ Day. Here’s a summary. We were seated right away. The place was clean. The food was delicious. Prices were reasonable, and portion size was more than sufficient. Above all, however, the service was great! Our server, Peyton B, was the epitome of excellent customer service. He was, from start to finish, professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable of menu items, friendly, and helpful. Such top-notch service is definitely appreciated! So, what are you waiting for? Go!😊
Just tried to place an order online. 6 tries, no go. I called to place it old school way and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. After asking my name 3 times because he couldn’t hear me, I spoke slowly and loudly. He said “there no need to shout but it’s loud here”. I wanted to pick up the order in 1 1/2 hours. The kid said it might not be ready in time. I asked “why not” and he hung up on me.

My family decided to go out to eat for dinner and we picked outback Huguenot. The place wasn't so busy and we were seated right away. The waitress named Vanessa was our server. I wished we could have asked for someone else. I guess we had to lower our expectations from the very beginning. She introduced herself and inquires if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered the drinks and she just walks away. During the end of our meal she didn't bother to ask if we wanted refills or extra napkins basic essentials. However she asked will this be one check I then replied what about refills and napkins for the table. We all wanted desert so we were not done ordering. Basically she was not welcoming or caring at this point. As bad as I didn't want to tip her we still left her $12 buck's a. I just don't think I'll pay outback a visit for a while for subpar service. I'll take my money to any other restaurant that is willing to give a damn. That was the mood the whole night. Thanks for ruining what could have been a great night. Food was ok to say the least.
