My husband and I went in for an early dinner today. We were taking my Dad and Mom with us. My 82 year old Dad had a knee replacement ten days ago. This was his first outing and he wanted Outback steak! From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with special care. Our server David N went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was just right for us.

Although the chain on the whole is beginning to show its age, this particular restaurant still continues to make our regular list of places to visit for dinner. The staff is extremely attentive and very friendly making our visits enjoyable. The food is always good, and although I could get a better steak at another establishment, for the price, it really is hard to beat.

I haven't been to Outback in over 7 years, asthetics are the same, the bread was stale and my pasta dish was beyond salty. I detest returning a dish but it was inedible. The great news is our server Liam saved the evening. He was AMAZING! He remedied the situation instantly by apologizing, and offering a possible alternative dish. He was very understanding, kind, and genuinely meant it. I ordered something else and it was 100% better. The visit could have ended badly leading...
