Christmas Eve Dinner we waited 1/2 hour past our 6:15 reservation time to be seated and then 75 minutes for our food (my son set a stop watch). Waitress did all she could do to make it better, even suggesting we order food when she first came out to get our drink order. But no manger came over to apologize and no comp on anything. Clearly they were WAY overbooked. Very very disappointing.

no point in having a reservation if the hosts aren't gonna seat you for half an hour... not to mention they also put us outside on the patio in the freezing cold. service was not great. we had to wait 45 minutes for our entrees. we were there 2.5 hours...

I came for my birthday and it was so good. Nathaniel’s service was exceptional and really made our experience great. When we come back, we will definitely ask to be seated in Nathaniel’s section. We enjoyed dumplings and chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizers, all entrees were delicious, and dessert was great, especially the peanut butter chocolate dessert.

We visited for my wife’s birthday on Friday and were not disappointed! The food was great and our server, Nathaniel, made the experience memorable for us with fantastic service. He made several recommendations that were all good and he even brought a sparkler at the end of the meal when we told him it was my wife’s birthday. Absolutely would come back!

The food here is very good and some different flavor profiles than a typical Chinese restaurant. Drinks were good too. Nathaniel was our server and he was on point with everything! Request him if you are there Fri-Sun. We’ve been a couple times and will continue to return.

The restaurant was empty. Only 2 other tables while we were there. Our server struggled with drink orders, and never refilled waters. Our appetizer and dinner plates were still all over our table when we had dessert, as well as many empty glasses. Our food was not hot and was sloppy. Some had way too much sauce and the entree contents couldn't be tasted.
We hadn't been there in awhile, and now they charge an automatic 20% gratuity. After the food quality and service being poor and having to tip 20% regardless. I will not be returning. I also NEVER saw a manager the entire time we were there which was almost 2 hours.
Ordered fried rice with beef chicken and shrimp and an order of bbq ribs delivered by Uber eats. Besides the ridiculously long wait, the food was not as depicted on their website and was completely devoid of flavor. No egg, little specks of peas & carrots in the tasteless rice. The ribs were equally disgusting! Ended up throwing the $50 in the trash that night. Never again, that's not authentic food.

I used to live pretty close to Stony Point and made it a habit to stop in to this restaurant. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the meal is always as I asked. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. I can’t list anything I’d like to see done differently, highly recommended.

Service was good. Minus the end when there was confusion with an extra charge on the bill for broccoli but she got it resolved. The food was mixed. A lot of us got the Mongolian beef and each dish it tasted different. Very inconsistent. Mine even looked and tasted like beef and broccoli. Another was overly salted. And the other two tasted the way it should. Wish they would be more consistent and stop changing the recipes.
