We went to celebrate my Husband's birthday and when the waitress brought a piece of cake she also brought what looked like a large firecracker tied to a bottle. It was a nice touch!

I think our server name was Nathaniel. He was on point. Very personable, detailed and honest about food items we inquired on. Father's Day brunch was great.

Great experience. Great services. Our server was amazing. She was attentive and friendly!!! She was smiling and full of joy!

The food at P.F. Chang's seems to be dropping in quality. We used to really enjoy it and it's just getting worse. Not far off from Panda Express at this point.

Our service was great. The food, however, was terrible. Some of our dishes had no flavor, others, like the Mongolian Beef, were rubbery. My entree was overdone and practically burnt. We won't be dining here again.

Buyer beware! P.F. Chang's, already one of the most expensive Chinese food chains in the country, is now adding a $10 convenience fee for ordering through their website. Nice try, but my weekly $100 order will be going to a local, family-owned Chinese restaurant instead.

P.F. Chang's is always great restaurant to visit! We would have had terrible service if it was not for the manager on duty, Sylvia. Sylvia, was the best!!! Sylvia did a table visit by 6 to 7 times to make sure everything went well. We were quite pleased!!!

The food was mediocre but it was the only restaurant that was open. The mall is a ghost town.

We love P.F. Chang and once again a great experience! Our server was excellent and assured things were just right. The food was deliciously as always and there was a lot of it so breakfast the next day! 😊 Kudos all!

Restaurant’s food was very good. However the cleanliness of the restaurant was not good. Service was ok but our waitress was in the bathroom having a personal conversation for an extended time.

We had a great experience but we sat close to the door and it was cold and there was lots of traffic. The food and service were good.

We were pleased with the portion size and the flavor of the food. Our waitress was completely unaware as to how the sake is served. I feel the price point is high comparably speaking. I certainly would not visit in a regular basis..

The server wanted us in and out. It was my husbands birthday & we got served our apps & entrees 1 minute apart. When I told her, she said that she would put our entrees in the kitchen to keep them warm . The money that we pay to go out these days and her attitude was awful.

I have reached the end of my rope with this store. Take out food quality has been poor for years and my last visit Sunday was my worst and most expensive. The meats in my entrees were like beef jerky and my order was 45 mins later than expected. Talked to manager and he gave me a gift card instead of a total refund.

I didn't want to leave a review at first because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble, but after my friends coaxed me to leave one I felt like I should. I'm not going to name any names because I don't want to get anyone fired over something that could very well be my fault in the end.
I'm not a wealthy person so when I'd save up enough cash or money on my card, I'd visit this location to have some good food and decompress after a stressful week. Sometimes I have enough to leave a tip, sometimes I don't, and I feel bad when I can't but I'm struggling to pay for things as is and this is the one nice thing I do for myself.
My last visit while I was waiting for my check, a waitress confronted me over apparently "selectively not tipping her" and why she was the only person I didn't tip. I swear on everything holy I don't remember doing that, and if i did, it was entirely on accident. I understand tips are extremely important and I feel horrible that I made her feel like I was singling her out, but the way she confronted me loudly enough that I'm sure the table next to me could hear and kept pressuring me about it even after I apologized and swore it was an accident made me feel awful, embarrassed, humiliated, and incredibly uncomfortable. I rushed my way out as soon as I could and couldn't even bring myself to finish my leftover cake when I got home I still felt so awful.
Again, I'm not going to name this woman because I don't want to get an innocent person in trouble if this really is all my fault, but at the same time I have decided I won't be coming back. Just thinking about going back and potentially being confronted again makes me extremely anxious. It's a shame because I loved this location and its food, but I just don't feel comfortable returning anymore.
